My experience was absolutely wonderful at your dealership! I came in to have my car serviced and first met Ray- he was so helpful and so friendly. I was not planning on getting a new car but just dealership! I came in to have my car serviced and first met Ray- he was so helpful and so friendly. I was not planning on getting a new car but just wanted to look at the 2025 Kia Carnival- wow such a beautiful car with such great updates! Then Ray introduced me to Charles who was who sold me my new car. Charles was so patient and kind and never was a pushy salesman. Wayne was also great with helping me get the deal I wanted and in finance I also had a great experience. So happy with my purchase and with the outstanding customer service that I experienced at Greenway! More

Always get great service there especially with Simon; he is amazing. Only problem I have ever had is with your phone service!! Always have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back!! That needs to be addressed and maybe hire someone in service who can handle phone calls!!?? But Simon is amazing and love working with him. I was a walk in and he took my car and not only fixed problem but also did my maintenance which was over due 4 days!! Had my car back within an hour and a 1/2. He is an asset to your dealership and awarded for his professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, etc etc etc. Congratulations Simon on job well done appreciated by customers!! More

Recall fixed but report is taking forever. Never seen this with other manufacturers/dealership.
