I liked the way my service rep was able to fit me in for an emergency break down. She was great and I would give her a 10 for excellent service. She kept me up to date on my car as it was being repaired told me how much it would cost and even told me they were running a 15% off the total bill. What I didn't like was there was a lady selling cookies that she made in her house and was raising money for her grandson. I have no idea who she was and why she was there. $5.00 a cookie. I felt if I didn't buy one my car would not be fixed in a timely manner or fixed right. This was so unprofessional. I do not need the extra stress of buying cookies while not knowing how much my car is going to cost me especially right before Christmas. I would give less stars if it wasn't for the service rep. He provided the price before I drove from Gainesville to Jacksonville, and there were no surprise add-ons (like Parks Lincoln) or stalling about providing a price (Like Gary Yeoman's Ocala - where I dealt with other scammy sales tactics). The time between finding the car on the website and driving away was less than 24 hours. A much nicer, and more straightforward experience compared to other dealers. More

The minimum I’ve waited at this location was 3 hours and that was for an oil change. Yes, o said minimum. I’ve spent 8+ hours for service repairs that were scheduled for 3 hours.
