Overall, we had a mixed experience during the leasing process at Greenway KIA at the Avenues. Most of the negotiation was handled through text messages, which unfortunately led to some misunderstandings process at Greenway KIA at the Avenues. That said, we want to recognize Albennes for the excellent customer service he provided. He was friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and genuinely apologetic whenever issues came up. He did his best to address our concerns and made us feel valued throughout the process.
