Back in December 2024, three months after I purchased my vehicle, I had low tire indicator go on. At the time I was going through a major health issue and couldn't take my vehicle in, please note that this vehicle, I had low tire indicator go on. At the time I was going through a major health issue and couldn't take my vehicle in, please note that this went off when the weather warmed up. Fast forward to Dec 2025, same issue, same tire, which made me suspect, because I had taken my car for a routine oil change and tire rotation in June 2025. I called let them know why I was bringing the vehicle in and when I got there, they filled the tire and sent me on my way, saying there was nothing wrong. That is until this past week (Jan. 2026) when again the weather turned colder, and I had the same issue. Today I went into the service department after I had scheduled this service. I asked them to please check the sensor as this was the 3 time and if they rotated the tires in June it had to be an issue. Well they told me it was a nail in the tire, charged me for the service call then I waited 25 mins while the young man took my car to drive it and get the low tire sensor light to go off, because as Josh told me "he didn't want me to call with the same issue again." Don't worry Josh or Greenway I won't ever bring my car to your service station again. More
