The reception at the Service Department was prompt and courteous. Ashley was attentive and kept me informed of the progress as I waited for a tire repair issue. There was some delay but Ashley explained that being related to a number of people ahead of me. The GM of Lia Greenways came by to thank me personally for my business remembering me from my new car purchase last November. He introduced me to the Service Manager who was equally welcoming. The person that took care of me and my wife from start to finish, Jason Hendrix, even came by and spent time with me coaching me up on a few features of my new 2025 Telluride. FANTASTIC support from Jason! Highly recommend this dealership and associates for the quality of service and value. More
