Buying from Greenway Kia at The Avenues was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made when purchasing a vehicle. If you value honesty, safety, and customer service—RUN in the opposite direction. I bought a used vehicle for my 17-year-old daughter, and not only was the dealership deceptive, but they were grossly negligent. They tried slipping in nearly $4,000 in extra fees, including a "reconditioning fee" for work that CLEARLY was never done. I paid cash, had a trade-in, and STILL had to fight to get the price they originally advertised online. The car was delivered to us with: An empty gas tank Worn-out wipers (I couldn’t see while driving in the rain and nearly crashed!) A tire pressure light on A faulty BCM module that’s going to cost me nearly $2,500 to fix, according to another Kia dealership Rear shocks and struts needing replacement They boast their used cars are “inspected, serviced, and safe”—that’s a boldfaced lie. Either they never touched the vehicle, or they knew and chose not to care. To make matters worse, I’ve reached out multiple times via phone and text with ZERO meaningful follow-up. Their response? A generic “we take feedback seriously” copy-paste reply on Google Reviews. Greenway Kia at The Avenues is either dishonest, incompetent, or both—and I will never do business with them again. If you care about safety, transparency, and proper service, I strongly recommend going to Southside Kia instead. They’re everything this place pretends to be. More

I called ahead to confirm that there would be no lengthy wait the day of my appointment and I was assured there would be no lengthy wait. As a result of the delayed service, I was late to a meeting. They could have asked me to reschedule if the scheduled time did not work for them, especially since I specifically contacted them to confirm that wouldn’t happen.
