Horrible service! !! Horrible staff. Tony has no customer service skills at all.I DROVE my car there so they could take care of some RECALLS (it had 4 recalls). Got the !! Horrible staff. They tell me the most important recall us not showing on the computer so they won't fix it. (Lies) Tony left early & the guy who was there told me " we took care of the codes but now your car won't start. They suggested I pay $295.00 for a diagnostic (which I refused) I had to tow my car home. It turns on but it makes a loud noise that I never heard before & it shuts down. Nlt only will I NEVER go back to thatplace, I will never get a Kia ever again!There was another female employee who had a nasty attitude with another customer. HORRIBLE PLACE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

The service was fine, but their communication with customers is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My calls, texts and emails were never returned. I had to come to the shop in person to get any updates and at times customers is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My calls, texts and emails were never returned. I had to come to the shop in person to get any updates and at times I was even lied to. It took 4 months (December to April) for my problem to be solved. Everything went faster once I involved the parts department in my problem. They did in a week, what seemed impossible for the service department in 4 months. I plan to get rid of my Kia and I will never purchase another because of this experience. I NEVER want to deal with another Kia service department. More
