I have been here twice in the past month both experiences have been terrible. Customer service is non existent. They lie to customers. Lose their car keys. And make excuses for why they do not respond to any texts or phone calls for updates. All managers and directors voicemails are full. They seem to be completely reactive to every customer. I have seen five angry customers every time I go to pick up my car. My last visit my car was tied to Kia at 9:30 am with a flat. Marty my advisor Did not contact me until 2:00pm. I was calling the reception and everyone else just to get an update if my car had even been dropped off. I explained I need a time frame of when I can expect my car as u had work to get to. If it would not be ready I would need to make travel arrangements. No one called me back. The receptionist stated Marty spoke to me on the home which was a lie. Marty texted me saying he was busy helping other customers and he could not give me a time frame. The receptionists then refused to answer my calls or transfer me It took two hours to get an update of my car arrived or if here was a time frame to be picked up. My previous time was even worse. They lost my car keys and couldn’t locate my car for thirty minutes after telling me it was ready. Their nature staff and organization needs to be terminated and replenished with professionals.
