Had my Kia optima break down and had the car towed here. This was my first and last Experience with the dealership. Had the Car towed there on Friday with an appt on Sat. Sat came and went, we called mu This was my first and last Experience with the dealership. Had the Car towed there on Friday with an appt on Sat. Sat came and went, we called multiple times on Sat for an update with no response. Called again on Monday and they had no idea what we were talking about. Finally identified that the car had been there since Friday and no one touched it because it got assigned to the wrong service advisor. Got it straitened out and then finally work could begin. Forgot to mention the $295 diagnostic fee that was never mentioned previously. Finally got told the car needed a $595 repair, when the bill arrived it had a $19 dollar part, $84 in miscellaneous fees and a criminal amount of labor for an hour worth of work. Never coming here again. Should be arrested for theft. More
