Worst experience! I dropped my car off for an oil change late one afternoon after talking with Liz about what I needed. She was very helpful! But, when I arrived I I dropped my car off for an oil change late one afternoon after talking with Liz about what I needed. She was very helpful! But, when I arrived I asked for her but was told to see someone else, even though I asked twice for her. The guy I was directed to was so sick I could barely understand him. He also didn’t know about oil types and neither did I. Liz happened to walk by at that time, introduced herself and answered my questions . . . She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Next day I tried from 10:30 am til 4 pm to get anyone!!! In the service department to call me!!! No one answered my numerous calls and numerous messages!! I even texted a return message from the text I received the night before that said, “call or text me if you need anything.” Not a word back! I just wanted to know if my car was ready! Liz had said it would only take 2 hours and would be ready any time the next day. But I did not want to show up before confirming it was finished! I live about 30 minutes away. Why didn’t someone call to tell me it was finished and why didn’t anyone return one of my numerous messages?? I gather part of the problem was that I did not know the name of the service advisor, I couldn’t hear him, and it seems without his name no one could confirm whether the job had been finished. That seems like a strange system! One good thing did happen! When I finally did get in touch with Liz she apologized and comped me the oil change.. I apologize for such a long explanation . . . But it was a lengthy and annoying situation that never should have happened! Penny Tassie More
