I have a new 2024 kia sorento and my horn stop working took it to the dealer service on Tuesday they check it and confirm it was not working they said they had to order the part and it would take like 2 took it to the dealer service on Tuesday they check it and confirm it was not working they said they had to order the part and it would take like 2 days to come in I called on Friday it was still not in they told it would come in on Tuesday and if it did they would put it that day Tuesday called again it didn't come in they told for sure Wednesday but they did not have room for me to come in and get it installed that same day when I was previously told they could they made wait until Friday to come in so I was without a horn for almost to weeks which is super not safe to drive in Florida like that and the dealer didn't seem to care at all that was very disappointing More
