Luis was just new but was able to go through everything I needed and if for any reason did not know something care I received from Jessie and Luis. On the other hand Jessie was also very knowledgeable and went through step by step at the end with everything was done that day on the services of my car and what I need it to look forward for the next upcoming visit. Kudos to the Manager Gabriel as well that was able to come over and make sure to check if I need it anything else. I drive from Groveland all the way to this location because I had receive the services that many other Kia's unfortunately does not have anymore when it comes to customer service. I totally recommend Kia West for anyone. Kudos to everyone on this location. More

I was so disappointed in my service. I have been going to Caroline reach has been better for me and convenient because I notice the care I have been receiving. I am truly thinking about trading in my car because I am so worried something is going to go wrong with my car and if they took 5 hours to response for brakes and a oil change with no communication at all I can only imagine if I was having reall issue. That I do not won’t to wait and see. No one care and they treat you like xxxx when you car is in they had. I really need to speak with someone more than mark. No one at this Kia care.
