Waited 45 minutes at the desk for the rep to check my car in. She accidently put my mileage at 500k instead of 50k and then couldn’t figure out how to change it. She said the WiFi had gone out and to wait un in. She accidently put my mileage at 500k instead of 50k and then couldn’t figure out how to change it. She said the WiFi had gone out and to wait until it was back to get my car checked in. At this point her Uber Eats breakfast arrived and she ate while I waited for her to check my car in. After 45 minutes, she said the WiFi wouldn’t come back up, so I would have to make an appointment for another day and return then. I won’t return to this location. More
