Awful service Dep. Full of liar. After 3 months with my vehicle I looked back to check a noise from th muffler plus a problem with the suspension on the passenger side. Long story short It took five visits to the shop and a nice show on sales room with the dealer manager to get this mother...*** to get my attention. Since never order the part needed. Also untill today I have problem with suspension that they said that nothing is grong with it. My next step is going to the news. Their excuses for not to fix the problem is that they ar a kia dealer and my vehicle is a nissan. xxxxed why do you have nissan in your lot with a for sale+guaranty sign. More

Fast, Professional, Courteous I was an hour late to my appointment and they were so friendly and understanding. I got there and was greeted immediately. They took less than an hour I was an hour late to my appointment and they were so friendly and understanding. I got there and was greeted immediately. They took less than an hour to fix my windguard and answered all of my questions regarding detailing and were easy to talk to! Loved it. More

Unacceptable treatment from the service department. Our car broke down on the 408 and had to be towed into the dealership. I called ahead to let them know it was coming. Our vehicle wasn't never given the simple diagnostic for over two business days. They had our car for two weeks. During this time, I had to make the vast majority of calls to find out where we were in the repairs process. We were told twice that a leader would call us back to address our concerns but we never received a call. We were never offered a loaner vehicle even though repaid would be over $700. I don't trust the service department and even though we love our Borrego, we will not purchase another Kia due to the treatment we received. They did listen to our concerns, but "the best they could do" to remedy the situation was far from acceptable. If you want to purchase or service a Kia, please take your business elsewhere to avoid undo hassle, disrespect and a great deal of excuses. More
Horrible customer service I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my car and lower my interest by a lot. I filled the paperwork and they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process and for the lending comoany to get the money from the cancellation. Here we are 3 and a 1/2 months later and nothing has happened. I have called countless times and there is never a person to answer my questions. I always get transferred to a voice-mail which is almost always full. I have emailed, text messaged, talked to their chat representative and nobody has called me at all. I even involved Kia USA and not even them have been able to get any information. I feel like they are playing with my money. Stay away from this dealership! More

Upon buying car I questioned the tpms light being on was told it would go off that nothing was wrong reading the manual and taking it to Honda dealer was told sensor is bad needs fixed I called the salesman about it he told me they would fix it had to bring car here 4 times for the problem to be fixed waited over 4 hours for them to tell me it needed to come back we live 2 hours away and had to give up our day off 4 times for this and they did not offer anything for our inconvenience all I asked for was a wash, oil change, and a full tank of gas which they said I couldn't have all. Totally not happy and customer service is terrible they did absolutely nothing to makes us happy. Future cars won't be bought for this dealership nor any recommendations. Also car had recalls which Honda fixed that's who told me the sensor was bad. More
