The dealership is unable to perform any real maintenance on weekends. They are only open until 4 pm on Saturdays and have told me all they really are staffed for is oil changes Brought my car in because e on weekends. They wanted to charge TWO separate diagnostic fees of roughly $250 each, which would be applied to the repair. They told me it was because the lights were from 2 different systems and they had to take each system apart to figure out the issues. I asked if they didn't’ just hook it up to a computer to find the problem. I was told if That’s all it took, everyone would just to to Discount Auto. I went home and calked Claremont Kia. They wanted one fee of $170 to do the diagnoses. Service rep said it was no big deal cause your already hooked to the computer. I will not go back to a Greenway Kia again. I bought 5 Kias from them over the years. Their inability to service cars on weekends always annoyed me. Now I feel they tried to gouge me on the diagnostic and lied about the process. More

I was told I could not drive up to get service, I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment two weeks ago. I made the appointment for 12:40. I was told it would be two to two an a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to have them check a few other things (window, trunk latch). They told me it would be longer. I don't remember how long they said. Five hours later and I am still at the dealership. There were at least six other people, complaining about the same thing. They are extremely short staffed and over booked. When I complained about whats the point of appointments, if its going to take two to three plus hours, just for an oil change and tire rotation. There were a few people who came in after me and left after me. They told me when I bought my car there was car service and shuttle service. When I made my appointment, they told me they only have shuttle service within a five radius. The sales department salesman lied to me and manipulated me too with multiple things. They manipulate you into obtaining a service package, which then makes you obligated to go. More

Alway issues with their service center. I called and asked twice about the shuttle service because I was dropping off my car to do the Oil change and a recall to my 2020 Kia Forte (what would take about asked twice about the shuttle service because I was dropping off my car to do the Oil change and a recall to my 2020 Kia Forte (what would take about 3-4 hours) and they said that they could drop me off and there was a "5 MILES RADIUS" limit what I should be fine. When I got there the woman who was receiving my car said that they couldn't drop me off because my address was out of their insured radius but it was 5.7 miles driven what was inside from their 5 miles radius that suppose to be the limit. I ended up not doing the service because I couldn't wait 4 hours sitting in the dealership and I booked a new service in City kia that are a little further away but they can leave me where I need to. I won't be going back there anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone! More
I purchased my car at Kia West little of 3 years ago and always get it service there and I swear everytime I make an appointment and drop my car off my car is there all day and then I'm calling to see what' always get it service there and I swear everytime I make an appointment and drop my car off my car is there all day and then I'm calling to see what's going on and being told they are close and someone should have called me. I'm like well yes you would think, and all day for a oil change.. really last time they didnt even do the oil change after being there all day and told me to bring it back after going through fire to get my car after hours.. Currently speaking with sale same thing service has left not sure if oil change was done and they dont know where my car is and I have to work in the morning.. Kia West have to do better. I will be taking my car to a standard shop non kia affiliate because this is crazy.. More

I can barely turn around in that room which is why I gave 4 stars. U can barely get to the cashier’s desk to check out!! Too cluttered. But everything else was perfect. Be prepared for constant change of price I’ve have come here for the past 4/5 years-ever since I purchased my Kia Rio. Most likely would not come here again; at least not this location. Every time Im here, I get a different price quote from the time I call to make a appointment to when I arrive. First and foremost , you should have the price written down; maybe people won’t be so shock or upset if they hear how much it ACTUALLY is. I was suppose to be taken care by Kevin (that’s what it said on the appointment confirmation) ..I got Chris , who by the way looked at me Crazy when I told him I had a different price quota of how much my spark plugs would be (the labor only , since I brought my own spark plugs-which I was told is OKAY) That’s what pisses me off about this place , they tell you one thing on the phone , and you wind up with a different conclusion once you bring your car in. If the price quote wasn’t what it was to begin with , I would not waste my time driving here. Looks like I’m going to have to bring my service’s else where. More
