Tony has absolutely no customer service skills. He was rude and dismissive. I had an appointment to have my recalls check which they kept my car for the day and then called at 4:30 to say they didn He was rude and dismissive. But recently, Greenway Kia's service department has regained my undying loyalty because of Tony and his team. He worked with me to fit my service needs into my budget, offered me a payment plan and even looked into discounts that could be applied to help me out. He kept in contact with updates while my car was in service - and even expedited a follow-up that I had, so that I could be home in time for my granddaughter's school bus. Kudos to Tony! More
