horrible service I frequntly use to bring my car to the Kia orlando west location. They will no longer receive my business and I warn you to heavily consider the value of not only your budget but also your time before choosing this location. I bought my car in today because the passenger side headlight went out. We weren't sure if it was just the light or an electrical problem so the first service rep. suggested it would be beneficial to do a diagnostic. The diagnostic was quoted as $89.95 however we were told if the service recommended was done the diagnostic costs would be waived. After sitting for close to an hour another customer service rep, tony, arrives to share that they tightened the terminal inside the lamp and replaced the bulb. My total cost $117.44 before taxes. The bulb itself cost only $ 27.59 LABOR FOR THE HOUR $89.85. When I remarked how the labor conveniently reflected the cost of the diagnostic which we were told would not be charged if the car was repaired, tony explained that now the labor costs per hour was $89.95. REALLY!!! $89 to put in a light bulb!! They can charge whatever they want for labor and I keep all of my invoices to show that fact. I'm not asking for a free service but $89 is excessive! To add injury to insult we still sat for another 35 minutes before my husband got frustrated and went to ask what was taking so long to cash us out if the car was now fixed. Tony's response....we were just about to close out the ticket. Our last experience I was quoted over $700 for front breaks, wheel alignment, replacing a flex coupler and an oil change. When my husband arrived and questioned why the price was so high, all of a sudden there were discounts that could be applied and we walked away paying a little less than $450.00. Again you weight the costs. I prefer to deal with a place a little more ethical than this. More

Came in for an oil change drove off with a new Kia My hat goes off to Naha, also known as the truth. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Kia and drove off with a 2014 Kia Forte. Naha was fantasti My hat goes off to Naha, also known as the truth. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Kia and drove off with a 2014 Kia Forte. Naha was fantastic. Friendly, courteous. If your rating went up to 10, I would give him a 10 in each category. Never had a better experience with a sales person than I did today with Naha. I appreciate his attitude. Thank you Naha for the experience. My 2014 Kia is awesome and I look good in it!! More
Lied about guaranteed satisfaction and topping all fluids I went here for the first time, and they either did not inspect my vehicle fully as promised or lied about doing so. 2 weeks after my oil change the c I went here for the first time, and they either did not inspect my vehicle fully as promised or lied about doing so. 2 weeks after my oil change the company that I purchased my car from had to place transmission fluid in my car because it was low. I was never informed about low fluid from the service advisor yet he preceded to sell me other things. I called and spoke to Jamie the manager, and she promised to call me back in 40 mins. Now 4 days later I still have not heard back from her. I also left a message on Dan's voicemail as well the location owner, and OH WOW to my surprise he never called me back either. If you care about good service, ethical treatment, follow through and mngmt that cares about customers and backing their written promises: PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
Embarrassed, Disappointed & Disbelief I sent letters to the CEO's of Kia! You will be hearing from them! You deserve a 0 rating! Your customer service is horrible! Mark Davis, is one of the reasons why I continue to bring in my 2012 Kia Rio5 in for routine service. He is very knowledgeable, fair, & friendly...always greets with a smile on his face. Even my 19 month old son, has started to recognize Mark's smiling face, when we get there. Highly recommend Mark & the entire staff at Orlando Kia West...looking forward to purchasing another Kia from them!!! More
Overall, my experience was excellent. I have visited Kia West multiple times for oil changes and each time Jonathan Casiano has helped me. The employees are welcoming, friendly, everyone makes eye contact and smiles. I was quoted an hour wait for my oil change today and recieved my car back in 40 minutes. Jonathan made me aware of my rear tire brakes but assured me my car was in good shape for my 17 hour drive to Texas this week. So like I stated in the beginning, my experience and every hard working employee at the service center were awesome. More
How come service department is close at weekend when we are able to set appointment.in USA we work five business days.so,its impossible to go for service on weekdays.
