I prefer dealing with a service department that I can trust. Be honest with your customers at all times. Thirty minutes later she responded and I had to walk over to her to check out. I also had to review the paperwork to see what was done and upon reading, i found out that I would need to return for recall SC280 because the part needed to be reordered. I asked her how long I had to wait and she said that someone from parts would call me in a couple of days. Had I note read the correspondence I would have never known because she failed to let me. I had signed and keys were in my hand and something told me to read what was done to my car and check my oil level before leaving because I had oil issues with my previous 2016 Kia. After waiting hours for an oil change, it was never done and my oil light came on. My car also stop in the middle of traffic while turning and the oil light came on within days of being serviced. This could have been tragic. Kia has an known issue and refuse to admit there is a problem with their engine and oil consumption. Take ownership and replace engines or put your customers in a new car. Trust and reliability means everything to me. More
