Very dissatisfied with the service, Took my car in to change brake pads and brake fluid and to also do an oil change in a tire rotation. After four hours of waiting And attempted to text I went back to f change brake pads and brake fluid and to also do an oil change in a tire rotation. After four hours of waiting And attempted to text I went back to front desk To talk to the service advisor on the status of the vehicle. She advised the vehicle was done already, which was strange because no one told me. She also advised that the inspection was completed, and that the brake pads of the front needed to be changed. While, I appreciated That they inspected the vehicle I already knew what needed to be changed and prior approved it. Expectations aren’t what was going to get done we’re not set properly, The time for completion was also not correct. This frustrated me because I spent half of my workday to just do an oil change and a tire rotation on my vehicle. I never left the dealership so the minimum That needed to be done. Was just communication on vehicle status and proper expectations on what was going to be done. Unfortunately, I’m never coming back to this dealership again. As I fear my time is going to be Wasted.
