Ray was an amazing car salesman and he really knows his job well and loves his job. He worked with me every step of the way to make sure he got me approved for not just any car but a TOP OF THE LINE FULLY job well and loves his job. Overall my experience with Greenway Kia West was good. The salesperson (Jhonatan) was excellent and highly recommended. My only negative issue was with sales manager Mr Perez, When they prepared the esti The salesperson (Jhonatan) was excellent and highly recommended. My only negative issue was with sales manager Mr Perez, When they prepared the estimate of cost, they did not calculate the taxes correctly for my county and after the documents were signed I noticed the excess amount taxes which increased my loan amount by $213. Instead of accepting the error, he tried to explain why the amount was higher and I should accept it. After I threatened to return the car, he spoke with someone higher and agreed to refund me the excess loan amount. Had this been handled correctly from the start, I would rate them higher. Mistakes happen and whomever made them, accept it. My suggestion is, don't sign until you're sure that the purchase price and loan documents are correct. I know waiting for the finance officer to go over all the extra sales pitch is stressful. signing all those documents on a small tablet is painful, but do it. I hope they send the checks otherwise I'll be back with an amended review. I contacted Mr Ahumada but he never replied. More
I’ve had my brand new car since January and still waiting on the second key. The salesperson returns no emails or phone calls. Request a WE OWE for the items I was still suppose to get like the Jack for the on the second key. The salesperson returns no emails or phone calls. I finally got my mats after two weeks but I’m still here with a $57,000 SUV and no Jack if I break down and no second key. The salesperson cornered my fiance when he came to do the mats to have him do the review and stood over him while he did it. I had the option for KIA corporate to see how I really felt about my visit but that was taken away. This is not right and I’m extremely upset after all these years I’ve owned KIAs and as a former KIA employee to see how this was handled. More

I had the absolute worst experience at Kia West dealership. I scheduled a test drive for a 2018 Toyota, but when I arrived on August 10th, they casually told me the car had been sold days ago. No o dealership. I scheduled a test drive for a 2018 Toyota, but when I arrived on August 10th, they casually told me the car had been sold days ago. No one bothered to call or confirm with me beforehand. Instead, they tried to push a 2022 Corolla LE with almost 80,000 miles on it. I dealt with Mario Pinilla, who seemed more interested in making a quick sale than providing any sort of decent service. I bought the car, only to discover it had a serious issue. It makes an insanely loud noise like an airplane. I took it to a technician I trust, who found that the wheel bearing was completely busted—an issue that must have existed for at least a year! It's even damaged the brake pads. The dealership clearly knew about this problem and just chose not to disclose it. I've tried reaching out to the manager, Alberto Ahumada, and Mario Pinilla, but have received no response to my emails. Every time I call, I'm told Mario is "not working" or unavailable. This is a $1,600 problem that I have to fix, just two weeks after buying the car! This dealership is filled with liars and frauds. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
