I was in the showroom and walked the lot for over 2 hours and was never approached about anything. Upgrading, beverage (small) or even to check in. With multiple sales people running around. I took my Telluride in for recalls and an installation of a tps sensor. I had an appointment. I wasn’t contacted until late afternoon to find out which tps sensor was getting installed. Hours later I was a tps sensor. I had an appointment. I wasn’t contacted until late afternoon to find out which tps sensor was getting installed. Hours later I was contacted about payment which I had previously mentioned was coming from a body shop. My car sat there for two days. This could have been avoided. Instead I got stuck in the middle without a car. I took my forte back for recalls. I was not informed that only one of the recalls was done. On top of that my clock wasn’t working after I got it back as well as the key fab and locks. I wasn’t offered anything to make up for the inconvenience. No car wash, no oil change, and most importantly no apology. Just attitude. I’m beyond frustrated at the amount of time I wasted there with nothing to show for it. More
Jessica was very unprofessional and lacked customer service. There was no communication and no updates provided regarding my car. I picked up my vehicle and said my last name upon approaching the count service. There was no communication and no updates provided regarding my car. The day before pickup she advised that she would connect with me once the car was put back together. I had to text and got no reply. I had to call the next morning and got no response until 10am that I could pick up. She told me yes I could have called but I thought the text went through. Can someone check that please? I had every right to be upset with her service and lack of communication. I understood my vehicle would be there until Tuesday but I shouldn’t have to constantly reach out for an update. Back to the day of pick up, Jessica said NOT one word to me. Didn’t tell me the price but quoted me something else the day of drop off handed me a machine to insert my card, the paperwork and one key. All while not saying one word to me. I called to speak with a manager and they put her on the phone. Ok fine I asked her why did she not tell me what’s going on with my car I didn’t want to make a scene. She stated and I quote “ you looked like you were in a rush”. By saying my last name I seemed to be in a rush. So now she is a mind reader. Help me understand how you lack providing the service I paid for then get upset because you’re being questioned just to yell back at me telling me she isn’t a child. Of course not, you applied for a job as an adult at a dealership but did not perform the duties of your job which should have been to tell me what exactly is going on with the car. Instead I get a document that’s marked up with no clue as to what is going on. I have a green check mark my oil level when I know for a fact that there is no oil in my car and it’s overdue an oil change. What was actually checked on my car that you charged me for the diagnostic test? More
