Found a Chevy Aveo online at Kia, called and told it's available, so I took that hour long drive. Met Eddie whom went out to get Jonathan for me. The first time I went to the dealer I was so scared, I has never bought a car on my own. The 1st person that came up to me was Anas, very nice young man! He asked me what I was looking for & then we walke has never bought a car on my own. The 1st person that came up to me was Anas, very nice young man! He asked me what I was looking for & then we walked around the dealer & and he showed me everything you can think of. Then we went inside & he introduced me to Juan, an amzing man. That same day I tried one of their cars in the lot & they let me take it home to make sure it was the car that I wanted & to show it to my daughters. When I took it back I wanted to try another car & I tried the Sorento I loved the car!!!! I took it home with that day. When we started talking about numbers, they NEVER made me feel like I had to buy it. On the other hand they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the payment. They worked MAGIC with me. If you are looking for a car, I can honestly tell you that you shouldnt go anywhere else than this dealer. A couple of weeks after I bought the car I stopped by to say hi and when they saw me, thay stopped doing what they were doing & came up to me to say Hi & to make sure everything was going well. I was a bit disappointed with the level of reaction time from the sales associates when we first walked in to Kia of West Orlando. My husband, children, and I were sitting there for more than 15 minutes bef from the sales associates when we first walked in to Kia of West Orlando. My husband, children, and I were sitting there for more than 15 minutes before someone came over to talk to us. I am not sure if it was the time of day, 3:45pm, but one or more sale associates seem a bit resistant to attend to us. Nevertheless, the vehicle we requested was in stock and Mr. Ammor was nice enough to show my husband the vehicle and allow my husband to test drive the vehicle. Overall, Mr. Ammor showed great customer service skills and he was friendly throughout the whole process and showed a good level of work ethics. On a side note; I believe the wait time to see the financial manager was unacceptable; we got there around 3:45pm and left the dealership around 9:15- 9:30pm. Apart from that our overall experience was good and we got the vehicle we when to purchase. More

These 2 employees were easy to work with, very friendly and and very helpful in getting me into a brand new 2011 Kia Soul. Mark Smith initially helped me out over the phone by letting me know they received and and very helpful in getting me into a brand new 2011 Kia Soul. David Andrew took over from there and let me test drive my new car and helped me make sure that I had all proper paperwork ready to complete the deal the following day, all while getting me out in time for work and walking me to my new Kia Soul in a terrible storm.
