I brought my new vehicle in for its first oil change and service with less than 5000 miles. The oil change went fine, and I was told there were no issues with my vehicle. Appointment was to have chrome siding fixed. I arrived thinking we were good to be fixed. They didn’t have the piece (would’ve been nice to know beforehand) and said they would contact me when i I arrived thinking we were good to be fixed. Turned my key fob with a padlock key and a small medallion attached. When vehicle returned did not notice these 2 articles not attached. When asked they seemed more interested in them leaving a cust medallion attached. When vehicle returned did not notice these 2 articles not attached. When asked they seemed more interested in them leaving a customers key in my car then my missing items. They just blew me off and were like “Oh Well”. Only will go back because of service contract but make sure I take everything off my key fob next time. More
