When I purchased my 2009 Kia Rick was there to walk me through the entire process. I intended this to be my last vehicle however due to the econcomy and driving over 200 miles a day for a full time job i through the entire process. I intended this to be my last vehicle however due to the econcomy and driving over 200 miles a day for a full time job it is quite apparent I will need another car. When I do have to buy another car I will certainly buy it from West Colonial and Rick. Having work done in the service department could be extremely trying but everytime I go in Luis is great and always willing to help in any way. If something is not quite right after the service it is alway corrected to my liking. I don't believe I have had any type of "unhappy" service with any dealings while there. I was given the opportunity to meet the owner when I bought the car and he went out of his way to tell me thank you for purchasing from his dealership. I don't believe I would even consider buying any type of car from anywhere except West Colonial Kia. More
