Worst experiance I have ever had. Im young and this is my first buy I felt like I was taken advantage of. I was told one thing the day I bought the car and a week later a other thing and basically it was bla first buy I felt like I was taken advantage of. I was told one thing the day I bought the car and a week later a other thing and basically it was blamed on me. They thought that I "stole" the car bc I work and dont answer my phone while Im at work mean while they didnt even leave messages, so I had no idea who was calling anyway. I felt so disrepected when they said to me we are scared that you ran off with the car. Just bc Im young doesnt mean that I would ever do anything like that. Anyways there is so much more that happend not worth my time to name everything off. Basically I would NEVER buy a car from here ever again. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from here. My car buying experience with Orlando Kia, was the worst My car buying experience with Orlando Kia, was the worst I have ever experienced. I own 7 vehicles and have purchased at least one vehicle ever year My car buying experience with Orlando Kia, was the worst I have ever experienced. I own 7 vehicles and have purchased at least one vehicle ever year for the last 5 years.I have even bought a Kia from your dealership a couple of years ago. I will never purchase from or recommend to a friend Orlando Kia again. My day started out at trying to buy a car for my daughter's 21st birthday. I went to a Kia dealership in Merritt Island, which advertised a $3000 minimum trade on any vehicle, which turned out to be a complete lie. While there I used my iPad to look up Orlando Kia's website and found a 2010 Kia Forte listed at $12,361. I knew it must have some miles on it, but nothing on the website indicated how many. As well, all the "features" where listed on the vehicle and it was shown as being at Kia North location. I left Merritt Island and drove to Longwood to check it out, believing if the miles were reasonable I would be purchasing that vehicle before I left. I had cash and I needed to get this done so my daughter would have a vehicle to head back to college with. Of course, you are running a special which advertises a $5000 trade in on any 2011 Kia in stock. I realized I would not receive it on the 2010 Forte, but thought I might check out a 2011 Forte as I had a car to trade. Upon arriving no one knew of the vehicle in the ad, but Jeff one of your salesman, checked into it for us. While he was doing that, we looked at a 2011 Forte, and where informed of how you raise the price $3000 above MSRP to cover the supposed $5000 trade in. That's "scumbag" status car selling and frankly I find it offensive, and belittling. Jeff, was able to locate the 2010 Forte at your Kia west location, but not before we had heard the vehicle was sold 6 months earlier. While Jeff was on the phone with Chris the internet sales manager at your West location, he was also told the car was a "new" car not a 2010 and to send us right over. It actually hadn't been sold. It happened to be the hottest day of the year last Thursday 08/11/11, my wife and I where hot and tired of driving around on a wild goose chase, but we decided to give it one last try and jumped into our "AIRCONDITIONED" Jaguar and headed out to your west location. We don't live in Orlando but we where willing to drive around it all day trying to purchase a vehicle from your company. We arrived at the west location asked for Chris( the internet manager) as we where instructed to do, and he walked up and acted as if he had no idea who I was or where I came from. After reminding him of the conversation in detail he had just 20 min. earlier with Jeff at the north location, it finally came to him. He asked another young man to bring out the 2010 Forte to the front of the building so I would not have to walk across the 'HOT' parking lot. I went out to look at the Forte which was not "new" as I expected and was told the car had 44,000 miles on it. I thought that would be the case, so it didn't surprise me at all. What surprised me was when I sat down in the car the young man said, " They did tell you this vehicle is a real basic model and does not have air-conditioning, right?" It's hard for me to put into words how I felt at that moment, but the idea that someone would try to sell me a car on the hottest day of the year anywhere in the state of Florida without disclosing the fact that the vehicle did not have air-conditioning is the most degrading, despicable, usedcarsalesman, scumbag tactic to get me on the lot bs, I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. luis was very nice and helpful. His honesty and knowledge was very refreshing. It was time for my 15,000 mile services, Luis made me aware of it, but he didn't scare me like alot of dealers do when they know was very refreshing. My buying experience was okay, but there it ends. The door handle was broken, one was ordered, but it was the wrong one. Finally, the correct door handle came in only to find that it wasn't the handle i door handle was broken, one was ordered, but it was the wrong one. Finally, the correct door handle came in only to find that it wasn't the handle itself but another part. That is being ordered. Before buying the car, I asked Mr. Diego if we could have the part fixed in Jax where we were moving to, and I was assured that was absoutely no problem. Until I had finished signing, every one was very compliant. Now, if and when the correct part comes in and if and when I am called to have it installed, I must make a 4 hour round trip. This is over and above the other two times I have gone to the dealership to have it fixed. I have called Mr. Diego to discuss this problem, he assured me he would talk to his manager. Have I heard back in 2 weeks? You guessed it....no. Furthermore, the detailing was extremeblly poor after we waited over an hour to get the car. At servicing, I had a stash of quarters in the cup holder that were missing. More

He had a job to do he did so without any of that pushiness that so many salesmen unfortunately posses to sell a car! Will I recommend this place? You bet and I will send them to David Andrew. We were on a tight schedu We visited Orlando Kia West(OKW) on a Sunday to test drive(and subsequently purchase) a vehicle we found on their website. We were on a tight schedule, so they did their best in getting all the paperwork together quickly. We didn't like the fact that they tried to push us to take the vehicle home that day, we wanted to wait until the deal was complete. We paid cash for the vehicle, so we had to wait until the bank opened the following day to return with a certified check. We returned to Orlando Kia West(OKW) on Monday morning to complete the transaction and take delivery of our vehicle. Our salesman, Scott Cherney, walked us out and was about to give us a dealer ratings card to fill out....until we found a small problem. Shame on us for not checking out the vehicle a little better, but shame on him for running to hide inside when I mentioned it. No biggie, we had our mechanic take care of the issue with the truck, and here I am to take care of that review he wanted(but later didn't want). We paid to have a tag transferred, but since there was lien that had not yet been released they had to issue a temp tag. They told us the lien would be released and our tag transferred in about 3 weeks, but if it took a little longer they would send us a new temp tag before the 1st one expired. About 2 weeks after we purchased the truck I discovered that the lien still had not been release so I called and spoke with Oludare Baloye "Olu" in the finance department at OKW. He assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner. The temp tag was set to expire on July 5th. On July 2nd I called Oludare Baloye "Olu" to inquire about the title and registration(tag) again. He told me it's all a process, it takes time, they are a big company so they know what they are doing, he even tried to say that they couldn't issue the tag because the DMV was closed(funny, they printed a tag for us on a Sunday when we originally bought it). So I asked him to explain the process, he couldn't. I asked him if I would have a new tag before the old one expired, he said he would send it out. Don't forget it's Saturday, July 4th weekend, a federal holiday, and the tag expires Tuesday. I ask him how we can drive a truck with an expired tag, he says "oh the cops are pretty lenient, they'll understand", I respond "My husband has a commercial driver license that he depends on to put food on our table, he can not and will not take a chance because of your mistake. I need a new tag before this one expires". He pretty much told me that he wouldn't deliver or have any of their employees deliver and I would have to wait until fed ex could bring it to me. But then "Olu" says he will see what he can do and promises to call back in a few minutes with a resolution. He never called back. On July 3rd, we called OKW and left multiple messages for both "Olu" and Azmir Jusic (general manager), all of which went un-answered and un-returned. July 4th we called again and left more messages with no response July 5th we called again, this time Idel Suira, Customer Relations Manager, calls back. My husband speaks with him and gets no further than I had in previous days. He told my husband they didn't have enough staff to send someone with the tag and we would have to wait for fed ex to deliver the tag on or about July 6th (the day AFTER it expires). I called the dealership back and spoke with Tony Maier, Finance Director (and "Olu's boss?). Finally, someone who was willing to find a remedy instead of make excuses. He found a salesman, Chad Morley, (not our salesman) to bring us the tag after his shift ended. So at a little after 9pm at night on July 5th(the day the tag expired), Chad Morley (Super nice guy) delivered the tag to us. I sincerely hope he was compensated for his time and gas, because he drove over an hour to our house, then had close to an hour drive back to his house at 9 o'clock at night. So here we are again, 4 days until our 2nd temp tag expires. They still haven't: transferred title to our name, transferred tag to new vehicle, or issued a new temp tag. They did finally get the lien off the vehicle, but it's still in the old owner's name. State law says they should have transferred it to us within 30 days. I just don't understand why there is such a problem with them transferring the title and tag. We paid them in full for the truck, title/tag transfer, and everything else before we ever drove the truck off the lot. We would never recommend this place to anyone! We've seen mixed reviews for this dealership, but gave them the benefit of doubt. We love the vehicle, just not the dealership/title/tag issues. More
