I was looking for and bought a 2012 KIA Optima SX from KIA Orlando West. I was helped by Anas Lazaar who was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted a Corsa Blue Optima SX. Anas went above and beyond KIA Orlando West. I was helped by Anas Lazaar who was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted a Corsa Blue Optima SX. Anas went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my vehicle and is part of the reason why I rated the experience as 5 (Great). Although the dealership is about a 1 1/2 hr drive the experience was worth it and sometime in the near future will be going back to help look for a Sportage or Sorento for my mother. Others have asked about the Optima and I have referred them to KIA Orlando West and for them to have Anas help them. Just be realistic when buying that the price can change a few thousand dollars quickly from multiple state and federal taxes, licenses, fees and other required charges that are added. More

This delearship should be closed down. They used bait and switch tactics on us . They presented a car with one vin number and one price when it came time to sign the papers a different vin number and price w switch tactics on us . We were told we would have a two year service aggreement ( coupons) for our new car purchase. we were told we would get tinted windows ( but we had to give the sales force a 10 on the survey after the sale. There were items on the sales sticker that were not even on our vehicle. This dealership should be closed down. The senior management must know what is happening at their company. This group fits right in with the typical car salesman stereo type. More

The sales GM was probably the most unprofessional, rude, not welcoming person I have ever met. I was ready to purchase a car, but I guess all he saw in me is a college student. I do not recommend Orlando Ki not welcoming person I have ever met. I was ready to purchase a car, but I guess all he saw in me is a college student. I do not recommend Orlando Kia West to anyone... the whole 5,000 off is complete BS... The base model for optima was priced at $28,000. Do not waste your time going to this dealership, I got better costumer service down the street with Hyundai and Nissan, also their prices are right as it is advertised. More

Stan was very friendly and answered all our questions. The whole process was handled efficently and pleasant. Paperwork process went very smoothly and handled with no detail overlooked. The showroom was very comfortable and our new vehicle was detailed and filled with gas. Stan ensured that my phone was paired and all the features of the vehicle were explained and understood be fore we drove off. Will return to Kia and Stan for our next purchase . I was referred to David - and he lived up to ALL my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and patient enough to let me look at everything.
