I had excellent customer service from both Ricky and Eddie. They both offered their cell numbers so I could contact them at any time. They were not pushy like other salesman have been in the past. They Eddie. They both offered their cell numbers so I could contact them at any time. They were not pushy like other salesman have been in the past. They were informative and knowledgeable about their product. I would recommend this dealer to others. Thanks! More
I was absolutely shocked at how rude the salesman at this dealership was. We were looking at a new Kia Rio but needed them to work with us on the APR or sticker price (which the salesman admitted to us dealership was. We were looking at a new Kia Rio but needed them to work with us on the APR or sticker price (which the salesman admitted to us was inflated by at least 3,000$). We asked for him to give us more value on our trade-in to bring the new car into a more reasonable price range. He said he would check. He then decided to insult our intelligence by bringing up a folded piece of paper to the table. He said, "This is what your trade-in is actually worth to us" and unfolded the paper to reveal a single dollar bill. We got up and left at that point because if that's how you're going to sell us a car, I can only imagine how you'll act once you have our money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like being insulted and overpaying for budget cars. More
I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership in my entire life. The dealership I deal with is the Orlando, FL Kia West Dealership. This is the most dishonest car dealership I've ever dealership in my entire life. The dealership I deal with is the Orlando, FL Kia West Dealership. This is the most dishonest car dealership I've ever been to and as a potential first time Kia customer, I'm absolutely appalled. I first visited this dealership yesterday and test drove a vehicle and was offered in writing an inflated price of $32k, but with my $9500 on my trade and a $500 competitive rebate. I walked out immediately after explaining the price of the car even after the overinflated trade value was still over the MSRP on the car. The next day I negotiated with the Director of Internet Sales at the dealership via email. Through email, I sent him a quote from another dealership on a new 2011 Kia Optima where the other dealer was quoting me invoice price of $25700 (with delivery) for the vehicle plus the $500 Manufacturer rebate because I drive a Mazda 3 that I was planning on trading. I have a carmax appraisal off to buy my vehicle that states it is worth 6k good for 7 days. The internet director agreed via email to match the invoice price I was quoted at the other dealership (I chose this one because it was closer and they had the exact color and model I wanted). He also stated the GM agreed to this price and was aware it was negotiated. I went over to the dealership after work today with my wife to finalize the deal and worked with the sales rep and the Used Car rep who proceeded to give me the complete runaround for an hour. First, he comes out with the written up offer offering me $3500 for the trade on the car along with an invoice price that is higher than the other dealer (plus a $700 dealer fee). I explained that my car is worth 6k and I went around and around from there on out. On top of that, Rafael had the nerve to tell me that this was all they were going to offer and they weren't making any money on the car (which I know better). The best or worst part was when he said they weren't going to give me the manufacturer rebate on my trade because they weren't making any money on it. I was floored at this response because this is not theirs to keep and proceeded to show documentation from the internet director of the agreed upon price as well as the rebate. They sent over another rep who proceeded to tell me that the car I was interested in wasn't the same as the one from the other dealership; I was prepared for this and I showed him the invoice price on the vehicle with options and asked him to explain how they were different and of course he could not. I then asked to see the invoice on the car I was purchasing and he said he didn't know anything about invoices and wouldn't show it to me so I could review it. Both my wife and I were absolutely heated at this point and told him to give me my keys so I could leave due to their dishonesty and blatant attempt to take advantage of people who are less prepared. This dealership should lose their license in my opinion and is making a bad name for Kia. This is no way to run a business and I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!!!! Johnathan jumped in and helped me get to a paym with the recent economy. Alberto assured me that they could help me and get me into the of my choice. Johnathan jumped in and helped me get to a payment I can handle on the Sorento I wanted. I had visited 3 dealerships prior to Orlando Kia and got the runaround from them all. Thank God for these guys it was quick and easy. More
