Orlando KIA was advertising $5000 for any trade now mater what i took my car in and they told me that max they would give me was 4250. Had my car not broken down on the way there i would have just left. only what i took my car in and they told me that max they would give me was 4250. Customer service was fine, the cash handler and the finance manager were the quickest. The total process was way too long though. It took so long I had to leave and get something to eat because I began to shake with a migraine headache from not eating for so long. I saw other customers there about as long as I was. They have got to speed up the process in order to have repeat customers. I will be telling others to stay away from there unless they improve the process. When I addressed the issue I was told the owner was there. The owner should care about his customers more than to schedule an all hands meeting during times that customers are on the floor waiting to be served. More

I knew it was time to trade my 1997 Ford Mustang. Just had no time- with work and scheudles. I went in on my lunch break, met Ken Adams told him this had to be short and sweet. I picked out the car and did most of the paperwork on that visit. Went back the next day and picked up the car. The staff, and yes even the finance guy was pleasent. I had 2 items on the punch list, and they they took care of everthing. My first oil change is scheduled. I had done my research on KIA, and the FORTE was for me. Its been 3 weeks now and all is well. After purchasing my vehicle almost 4 months ago,I'm still waiting for the back seat headrests that I have been promised they were getting. Thier first excuse was they were in the garage of the person who previously owned the car and that person was in Switzerland and as soon as she returned they would get them and call me to pick them up......sure. ......I have called juan fernandez the SALES MANAGER numerous times and left messages but no one seems to listen to thier voicemail to return my call but they were blowing my phone up before I purchased the car but now I can't even get a return call. I would not recommend this dealership not even to my enemy. My next recourse is to notify the local tv station on what bad customer service they have. More
