I got the car I loved at a great deal. I enjoyed my experience so much, I brought my brother down today and he got a brand new Kia Soul. Again the experience was wonderful. They really helped him out in a major way considering his credit wasn't that great. They explained e logistics of finance world which made our decision easier to make on how we would go about purchasing the car. I just wanna thank you guys for your hard work and being so great! I love my Kia and it was great to see the smile on my brother and his wife face. They went from owning a broken down car to getting a new car! I was blown away at the level of customer service I received at all levels. Our sales rep Gus responded very quickly to all our questions. He had a very warm and friendly personality. He took the time to explain all our options and provided us with several options to make sure that all our needs were met. This is actually the fourth KIA we have bought. I must admit we did buy one from another dealership and that was a nightmare. It felt great to go back to Orlando KIA and get back to the high level of service. I would highly recommend Mark and Alberto to seal the deal with anyone to work out something that may fit their needs. Mark didn't give us any BS and seemed like a regular guy, not just some salesman. Alberto was extremely helpful and open to help us with the financial end of things and really worked out the deal to make it happen from that standpoint. Nice bunch of folks over there. More
