This survey is for Patricia Miller and my experience with her only. Patricia greeted me at the door with a very warm, bright smile. We decided to test drive the vehicle I originally went to look at and fell in love with it. I told her my situation and what I could afford and she went to bat for me with the sales manager. We were finally able to work out a deal and I love the car. On the negative side, I was disappointed in the fact that I called her to let her know what time I would be in to get the tag from my trade-in vehicle and was under a time crunch and needed to be in and out to have the tag ready with the screwdriver also. When I was finished signing the remainder of the financing documents, the tag was not ready, in fact it was at an offsite location. Needless to say I was late returning from my lunch hour which did not sit well with me. In fact she called me back about 1-1/2 hours after I left the dealership to apologize which meant alot to me. Overall my experience with Patricia was positive. She is a wonderful asset to Kia Orlando West. She is patient and very warm and welcoming. She will succeed in this business! More

Overall the service i recieved was very good and the dealerships employees new there business. I was able to decide on a auto and complete the deal in less than two hour. Mr. Rolando Ferrer kept his word he didn't promise me the stars, he and Hicham Belharsa (Finance Mgr) along with the dealership manager put a deal together that I could not refuse.
