From the time that she called us to see our needs and wants, I had a terrific experience. My sales person was Patricia and she literally made us feel welcome from the start. My finance manager was David, he was a very honest man and went above and beyond to get us the bank loan that fitted our needs. He made sure that we understood everything. David and Patricia are great people to work with when it comes to buying a new car. This is our second Kia and we are very impressed with our New Soul. We previously bought a 2013 Kia Soul in Kansas before moving to Orlando. In the last month, I went to Orlando Kia West and have purchased 2 used Kias. The one highlight is Rolando Ferrer. He went out of his way to help, was an excellent salesman, not pushy and a joy to work with. That is the only positive about this dealership. When we bought the first car for my daughter, the bulb was out of the headlight when we drove it off the lot. When my son-in-law contacted the services department he was told that it didn't matter that it wasn't working when driven off after the purchase, we would be charged $45 to fix it. I didn't know this or I wouldn't have set foot in the place the next week to purchase the next Kia that my husband wanted. My husband is severely handicapped. This dealership wouldn't make any accomidations for him. He stood in the lobby on crutches for over 2 hours because once in a chair it is very difficult to get out. Then he had to go back the next day, where the attitude continued. In Wichita, the dealer was so kind to bring the papers to our house for signatures. I don't expect this in Orlando, but would it have killed them to bring them out to the car? More

THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID TO ME, THEY PUT ME IN A NICE BRAND NEW CAR AND CALLED ME BACK 3 W PUT YOU IN A CAR BEFORE ACTUALLY GETTING YOU APPROVED. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID TO ME, THEY PUT ME IN A NICE BRAND NEW CAR AND CALLED ME BACK 3 WEEKS LATER ONLY TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO BRING THE CAR BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET AN APPROVAL FROM THE BANK. THESE PEOPLE PUT YOU IN A CAR MAKE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THE VEHICLE THEN LIE TO YOU THAT YOU WHERE APPROVED JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU WERNT LATER AND TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU AND A CO-SIGNER. SO I WAS VERY UPSET AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY OR A CO-SIGNER I DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE SO I GAVE THEM BACK THE CAR AS THEY ASKED AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME BACK MY DOWNPAYMENT. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE CAUSE WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY REFUSED TO PUT ONE ON THE PHONE WITH ME WHEN I WENT IN PERSON THEY STILL WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK WITH A MANGER..... DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND DISRESPECT YOU AND CUSTOMER SEVICE THERE IS AWFUL! More
