MJ was very knowledgeable with all of the cars. He spent a lot of time making sure my daughter got a good car that she could afford. She will come there again to purchase a brand new Kia once her credit is a lot of time making sure my daughter got a good car that she could afford. I called and said I needed a new car now! Spoke to Jim. My wife's car had a hose bust. I fixed it filled it with fluid and drove it on the lot. 9:00 on the dot. They were closing the doors. Everyone came together and got me out with my wife's new car. 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Jim is a great guy. I actually have an oversion to car salesmen and dealerships. Jim is good in my book. I will buy my next car from him.... As long as I get a good deal!! More

These guys took awesome care of me. My sales consultant was Rick and he did everything possible to get me approved for a 2013 Kia Optima. I visited Kia North in Longwood and they couldn't get me approved b was Rick and he did everything possible to get me approved for a 2013 Kia Optima. I visited Kia North in Longwood and they couldn't get me approved but somehow Rick, Hamza, and Hicham at Kia West made it happen. They were very patient with me and worked with me throughout the whole process. They were very friendly and made me laugh when I was getting stressed out (not because of them). I highly recommend this dealership! I live in Sanford, but I will drive to Orlando to do business with them again. More
