I came to this dealership at 5:57pm on a Sunday, dealership closes at 6pm, after driving a hour and half from another Kia dealership. Scott and Azmir, General Sales Manager, took the time to make th dealership closes at 6pm, after driving a hour and half from another Kia dealership. Scott and Azmir, General Sales Manager, took the time to make the deal happen. We agreed on the price in just 15 minutes, what great service. I just came from another Kia dealership and had to do the normal sales routine, give them a price and then they take to the sales manager and you repeat that step at least 3 times and after all was done still no sale, could not agree on the price that they quoted on the phone. This was NOT the routine at Orlando Kia West, I gave the price I wanted to pay to Scott and he took it to Azmir and Azmir came to me and agreed to the price. Wow that has not normal, no fighting over the price, no waiting for the salesman to go back and forth to the sales manager. Since it was late on Sunday, I agreed to came back on Monday to do the paperwork and take the van home. Scott called me and told that all was set and I was to meet with Rick to do the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership there was problem with the paperwork, since Scott and Azmir was not there, I was waiting for Rick to say sorry that is the price and I am not sure how they got the price yesterday. This is what happened at the other Kia dealership, they could not figure out how the internet sales manager got the price he quoted me. Scott did not do that he keep working on the problem until he solved the problem. Once again, this is not your normal dealership, they provide great service at a great price. If you need a new or used car please vist Orlando Kia, you will be happy you did. More
Worst experience I ever had in a dealership. They advertise something on the radio and when you come in is something else. I was there for 4 hours after I drove from Tampa and It was truly the awf advertise something on the radio and when you come in is something else. I was there for 4 hours after I drove from Tampa and It was truly the awful. They tell you one number and then when is on paper is different. They wanted to give us a 14% on a 2012 Kia Rio Ex. Our Credit union gave us 4%. When they tell you they are going to give you 5,000 for your trade that is lie, they bump up the price then take it off. They show it to you like you got a credit. Anyway went to St Petersburg Crown Kia and purchase the car I wanted to the a great price all in 20 minutes. More
Leased our vehicle from another Kia that moved from Semoran (without notifying us) and needed service so my husband took our Soul into the W. Colonial location since it was close to his job. They were also much more helpful and informative in helping me clarify some service charges. Would recommend them! More

While in the search for a car I came accross West Colonial KIA. I worked with Chad Morley and thougght he was very passionate about what he does and loves helping his customers to make them happy. He went above and beyond for me and therefore I bought the car. I have to say though I was not impressed with the rest of the interaction that I had there though. So if it wasnt for Chad I would not have bought there. I recommened my friend who also bought a vehicle from Chad but had the same issue with a very pushy and unprofessional managment staff. Ruben got involved and thankfully talked to the bank to see what was the issue between the standard and automatic. Everyone was friendly and the three of them worked their butts off just to get me into my gold 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer. When I talk about hard work the three of them went above and beyond; they deffinately set a new bar that will be hard to touch when they gave me great customer service. More
