Stan greeted us right away and we began the process of trading in our 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and assisted us through the purchase of 2012 Kia Sorrento LX. Stan was very friendly and answered all trading in our 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and assisted us through the purchase of 2012 Kia Sorrento LX. Stan was very friendly and answered all our questions. The whole process was handled efficently and pleasant. Paperwork process went very smoothly and handled with no detail overlooked. The showroom was very comfortable and our new vehicle was detailed and filled with gas. Stan ensured that my phone was paired and all the features of the vehicle were explained and understood be fore we drove off. Will return to Kia and Stan for our next purchase . Everyone was great and great customre service. More

I was referred to David - and he lived up to ALL my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and patient enough to let me look at everything. The dealership had sufficient inventory. expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and patient enough to let me look at everything. The dealership had sufficient inventory. I chose Kia due to the warranty - I am glad David explained all the warranty time frames (At first I thought all was covered for the 10yr you hear on TV ads) Love the car - its fun to drive. More
Hamza is a real cool guy. He worked hard to get me into a brand new car. He always had a smile and very friendly. The level of dishonesty is astounding. To sweeten the deal, we were offered free window tinting. It turned out that it was through a third party, and the sales person would only arrange for it after we deal, we were offered free window tinting. It turned out that it was through a third party, and the sales person would only arrange for it after we rated him a "10" when contacted by Kia for a survey. The window tinting isn't worth it; I will rate the salespeople honestly. We were told that we would have free oil changes and tire rotations for the first two years after purchase. When we left the dealership, the service center was closed, so we were told to come back the following week to obtain the paperwork to get those oil changes/tire rotations. The next week, we were told that they don't offer that, that they never said that, and that they gave us enough of a discount already! Also, when negotiating the price of the car, they salespeople had the car valued at $27,000.00. After signing the contract, we saw that the actual price of the car was only $22,900.00. Even after all the additional costs were added on, it came to $25,000.00. We feel like we've just been scammed in a shell game. I would never recommend this dealership. More
I first went to Orlando Kia West because I wanted to interview all the local dealerships before I made my decision on which one I wanted to work with. I also was waiting on the money to come in the mail interview all the local dealerships before I made my decision on which one I wanted to work with. I also was waiting on the money to come in the mail which would be about a week away. I went to a Kia dealership close to my house and Orlando Kia West to check it out. I was greeted by Scott C. a salesman and he showed me the 2011 and 2012 Kia sorrento's because it was the only vehicle I was interested in because I needed a SUV with a 3rd row option. I test drove one and asked a lot of questions. One of my questions was that if they didn't have one on their lot that would suit our budget and financing needs, would they get me one from another dealership. His answer was yes, and that was what I wanted to hear. I then explained to him that I would definitely be back to purchase from him as soon as my check came in the mail. When that day came I went straight to Orlando Kia to finally get the deal going. As I pulled in I heard that they give 5000 off any trade and so I asked if I could use my husbands car as a trade in and get 5000 off and he said yes. I thought cool, we have a better chance of getting a better deal......WRONG. They had poor selection and of course only a black and silver sorrento on thier lot that had the 3rd row seating. I DIDNT WANT A BLACK OR SILVER CAR again, and I asked them to find me one in the color I wanted, and a price that was closer to the base price of the sorrentos because I only needed the 3rd row option, NOT 10000 in upgrades. They found me one on a sister dealership, and told me me they would have it sent over right away. We went inside and started paperwork, and I noticed all the info was for the black one back on the lot, They assured me that this was just a scenario to use and that they both had the same numbers. We continued for a few minutes, and the salesman was pulled away and told that the other car was not ready to be sold and that it could take a week or so to be ready, We stood up and told them that we were in no hurry and that we would wait and go to where the car was when it was ready. He said to wait a minute and let me see what I can do, a few seconds later they told me that they will get it ready and have it delivered. (How funny that happens when you get ready to walk away). Then we were told that we would be better off just putting it in my name since I had better credit than my husband, and that my rate would be 9%. So we agreed and we continued, I never negotiated price because I didnt know how too and never really thought about it ( I KNOW, MY FAULT). I just wanted the right payment and I would be happy! I wanted to stay 450 or less a month, and of course they went way higher (600) a month....DONT THINK SO, by the time it was over we reached 462, and I was okay with that. THEN comes me saying, "Are you sure financing went through" they assured me that they recieved a "HARD APPROVAL" from Capital One Auto and that we were good to go, I was worried since I had to return a car once because of no financing. I asked everyone I came in contact with and they all assured me that I was APPROVED. NExt, in Financing, they try to sell you everything under the sun and I was firm on no extras. However, when it came to signing paper work, my interest rate wasnt 9%, it went to 11%. I was furious and told them no deal if it didnt go back to 9%, They told me that the bank accepted 11% not 9% and that their wasnt anything they could do about it. They did move some numbers around to get my payment to 468 which was a few more than I originally excepted so we moved on. I signed all form and left in my new car. I did however have to bring in my trade the next day which I was fine with. I asked again if everything went through ok and told them dont call me in 2 weeks and ask for the car back....they of course assured me that this never happens. Boy was I fooled when 2 weeks passed and they called me to bring the car back, I told the guy who called that i was really mad and that I would call him back, since it was raining and my husband had to go to work and I had 2 small children to pick up from school, and now I have no car since I traded in my husbands car and now have to give back the new one. They also said that if I didnt return the car today that I would be arrested for grand theft. I called Capital One and they told me that they could not verify my income and thats why they dissaproved the loan. I verified thier information, and Orlando Kia sent them the wrong amount and a made up phone number. I was furious when I heard this. This is down right fraud in my eyes. I returned to Kia and they told me to wait a few that they were trying to get financing else where. I was they offered another car NOT SUV, for a lower price for the same monthly payment....CAn you say fraud again. I said no, that I only wanted the sorrento, that I already put 1000 miles on . They then added my husband to the deal, jacked up the APR to 13% and payments went up to 487. I was not going to lose this car over 20 bucks, and signed and got the hell out of their. After examining all prior paperwork and new paperwork, a lot of things were different. Dates, amounts, Capital One was not on the old one, but was typed in on new one. I didnt get 5000 for trade , I got 3000 and the other amounts were the rebates I learned they had on them. They pulled the good old "SPOT DELIVERY SCAM" and the HIDDEN FEES SCAM on me , and I fell for it. NEVER PAY MORE THAN MSRP for a new car, and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ORLANDO KIA. Stay clear of OLY in financing and always secure your own loan before shopping around. ALSO..... Never answer them when any salesman asks you where you want your payments to be...always negotiate sales price first, go without a trade if you have one, and never fill out a credit app if you have your own loan set up and dont tell them you have a finance deal already approved because that means they jack up price to compensate what they will lose in doing your financing , only give name and identification, never SS#. if you have to take in house financing, then take it, but refinance before 6 months, and then the dealership wont get their kickback. Trust me when I say that they will be pissed when they dont get all the money they though they were getting, and I mean 1000s of dollars. Good luck and PISS OFF ORLANDO KIA, IF I DO COME BACK YOU CAN BE SURE THAT I WILL BE THE ONE THAT SCREWS YOU AND IM GOING TO ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT! More
