How lucky were we when Scott greeted us. He was sincere, friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle we came to look at. The dealership we went to before Kia was very rude and smug with an attitude that turned us off. What a delight to have Scott be the complete opposite. Most refreshing was he realized what an important decisson this was for us. After we made the decission to purchase, it was fast and easy. I started at the dealership with a test drive. Joseph was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle. After I'd had a week to research cars and prices, he followed up on the very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle. After I'd had a week to research cars and prices, he followed up on the phone. When I explained exactly what I wanted, he gave me a quote that was right in line with local prices. We completed the deal the same day at the dealership. The staff was competent and thorough. They took the time to research a financing rebate I had located, which saved me hundreds of dollars. When I wasn't thrilled with the color of the quoted car when I actually saw it, Joseph found me an identical car in a color I liked better. With David at the wheel, the financing went through with no surprises. They even loaned me somebody to drive my old car home. Overall, an excellent experience buying an excellent vehicle at a great price. Thanks, gang! More

She made the whole transaction simple and easy there was no pressure in putting us into something we didn't want or adding extra features that we didn't want. She is a great asset to this business and location she wasn't your basic car sales person whom have the tendency in just wanting to sell you something. We ended up purchasing Kia soul and she went over it from head to toe overall our experience was outstanding and will refer anyone to her. She made the sale personal. I have been an avid BMW driver for the best of 9 years and was hesitant about trading my 535 for a KIA but after pulling in to your KIA and being greeted (not drilled) by Joseph I felt comfortable with be and was hesitant about trading my 535 for a KIA but after pulling in to your KIA and being greeted (not drilled) by Joseph I felt comfortable with beginning my search and giving him my requirements with my new vehicle... after looking at two KIA Optimas on the lot (turbo or not turbo), I decided that I wanted the pearl with black interior and within a few minutes and a cold bottle of water (the dealership aims to make it's customers comfortable through the whole process) Joseph had located my "NEW" ride! Yup, I walked away from a BMW 535 and within hours had my new KIA Optima, Turbo...gorgeous car driven to the dealership and the dealership ensured that it had the windows tinted and Joseph went above and beyond with his customer service and made me a KIA proud owner! F&I was a breeze with the knowledge that Hicham had of the product and performance of the vehicle. Overall I left with a handful of business cards and as a REALTOR I plan on spreading the word of this AMAZING experience and am happy to say that this dealership has great employees such as Joseph and Hicham at the helm.
