I had the FIRST best car buying experience at the Orlando Kia west. The reason I say this is because once my mother and I arrived inside, all the staff made us feel welcomed and they were extremely friendly. Kia west. Out of all the employees, one of the sales consultant whose name is Michael Neura approached us and basically helped us look for a new car at a decent price. I explained to him that this would be my first car and that I needed one that would work with my budget and that's exactly what he helped us find. I ended up purchasing a NEW Kia Rio and I'm in love with it. I was shocked that I was able to purchase a new car for the price Michael gave me. I'm so happy with this car and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also I would ask for Michael Neura because he will do his best to help you find what you need. :) More

At first I had went onto KIA online and shopped around for cars on the lot and had a few interests of my own that I have selected and went to KIA City off of Orange Blossom Trail which had very poor servi for cars on the lot and had a few interests of my own that I have selected and went to KIA City off of Orange Blossom Trail which had very poor service and did not help at all for what I was looking for. Then I was directed to Orlando KIA West where there were a few cars that I would be interested in. Arriving there I was greeted by general manager Anaz Lazaar where he showed me a few used cars that were on sale. (Now let me say this, one thing I hate most about dealerships is the whole "gauntlet" feeling where everyone bothers you all at once trying to sell you a car right then and there. Not here, they were very generous of helping us but as well as taking time for me to check each car out. I didnt not feel like I was being bombarded by salespeople here.) Anaz took the time to check out certain prices for each car as well as give us price options, then I came across a 2007 KIA Sportage, only 70,000 on the tank selling for $10,000 which was definitely in my price range. Instantly I fell in love with the car and he helped me out so much in narrowing my price down as well as checking the car for all of its services done to it. I noticed a nail in one of the tires and they replaced all of the tires, also the windshield had a few key-mark scratches on it and so they replaced it for me as well as check my brakes, my transmission and everything for free. I was very satisfied in the service I was given while visiting Orlando KIA West, they even filled up my tank for me as I drove out of the lot with the car that night. He even went above and beyond for my mother when she wanted one of the commercial stuffed hamsters in a green sweater on top of purchasing this car, he pulled some strings and was able to get her one. Today, the car runs very smooth and I plan to go back in two years to purchase a brand new car, which I hope by then, it will be a new green KIA Soul! Thank you Anaz, you are awesome my friend! More
