I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima on Saturday August 31, 2013, from West Colonial Drive. I received phenominal customer service from Sales Consultant Gemoi Elliasaint. I came in the morning and as soon as I open the door, this sales associate named Jamal, (I can't remember his last name, but I'm sure he is the only Jamal working there) came to me with a welcoming smile this sales associate named Jamal, (I can't remember his last name, but I'm sure he is the only Jamal working there) came to me with a welcoming smile and greeted me, then he stated helping me. Mr Jamal help me choose the right car for me and after the test drive the negotiation started. Mr Jamal then continue finding different alternatives of payment, I was determined that I was not going to get anyone else involve in my loan but he convince me that it was best because my credit was not the best for the type of payment that I can afford so I did get someone and that's when Mr Andrew stepped in, he did everything he could to give us the best deal, and I think that we got the best deal! I got the best loan with a few extras. Mr Andrew took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood very clearly what I was purchasing and my new car?... Well, I'm so in love with my car!... Overall it was a great experience, I will recommend Orlando Kia on West Colonial Drive to EVERYONE! I was looking for a car for my son. He just graduated from college and I thought Kia would be a good practical option.
