My sales consultant, Sandi Kucia, called me within 2 hours of my filling out my online interest on Saturday. Then she called me again on Saturday evening, we had a friendly conversation and we scheduled the Sunday appointment for a test drive. She sent me a confirmation appointment after we spoke on the phone Saturday evening. Sandi is a skilled sales person. She Immediately made me feel very comfortable, no hype - nor did I feel pressured. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove, pointing out the many features, functions and benefits. I am very excited to be driving my new Kia Soul at an amazing price and interest rate. This was an amazing car buying experience! It's a real bonus to have driven off the lot with my new car and a new friend; thank you Sandi! More

I appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to find exactly the car that I was looking for. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted. I felt Donnie respected the fact and didn’t pressure me into buying something else which is what I have experienced in the past by other dealers and their sales people. I like his no pressure no song and dance approach, he simply listened to what my wants and needs for my new car and he delivered just that! I would definitely buy another car from Donnie and I will recommend him. Finance Manager: David Andrews David did a good job with the financing aspect but dropped the ball when he ignored my phone calls and emails. On 9/24/13 I went to pick up my car, when they put the decal on my tag they forgot to give me my registration. I wasn’t bothered by that… it was a simple honest mistake. What bothered me was what happened after. The day after I picked up the car 9/25/13 was when I realized that they forgot to give me my copy of the registration. That same day 9/25/13 I emailed David right away informing him of the matter and asking if he would please email or mail me the copy. I also called numerous times and left voice mail messages at his office phone and on his cell # and with the receptionist. He never responded to my emails or my calls. I called again numerous times on Saturday 9/28/13 left messages again on the phone and with the receptionist, I believe her name is Magen or something starting with M…again no response. Called again on Sunday 9/29/13 spoke to the receptionist and explained to her again that I have been trying to get this resolved since 9/25/13 and he was not returning my calls. She assured me that she would have him call me back that same day before 7pm and she would also call me to confirm that he got the message and to let me know whether or not the registration would be mailed to me or if I would have to pick up in person. But again neither he nor she called me back. Receptionist: Jackie I called again on Monday 9/30/13 this time the receptionist I spoke with “Jackie” was very helpful very professional and customer service oriented. I explained everything to her and she apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that she would have David call me before nine and if she couldn’t get him she would have the manger call me. Sure enough she is a woman of her word. David finally called within 20-35mins. He apologized and said that he would have the registration ready for me to pick up on 10/01/13 and if I wanted to pick it up he would compensate me for the inconvenience he had caused with a full tank of gasoline. I agreed and asked him what time he’d be there. He stated that he would be at the office after 11am and that I could stop by any time after 11:00am. So on Tuesday 10/01/13 I called at around 1:00-1:30 to let him know I was leaving my office and heading over to pick up the registration form, he didn’t answer so I left a message. When I got there he was gone…and you would think he’d at least let someone know that I was stopping by and leave the form at the front desk for me but no, not even that! All I had was a simple request…please give me a copy of my registration form, Not the decal but the registration form! The decal was already on the license tag. At this point I was ready to call corporate. I took time away from work to go get this done and over with and again he dropped the ball. This is extremely poor customer service. I cannot believe how irresponsible David is. Doesn't he know that you don't stop providing good customer service after the sale is done? Doesn't he realize that more business comes from referrals or word of mouth than anything else? Sales Consultant: Jorge Mercado Finance Director: Alberto Ahumada I was ready to never refer anyone to this dealership ever!! Until another gentleman by the name of Jorge Mercado and Donnie Wilson came to the rescue. They spoke to the Director of Finance Mr. Alberto Ahumada whom was also very helpful very customer service oriented and professional. Together they got my problem solved with in minutes! Team Work!! I hope the rest of your employees follow the example of these gentlemen and of Jackie. You have a great product but some work is much needed in your customer service with some of your employees. I hope that the rest of your Kia dealerships do not practice the same poor customer service. I would refer friends, family members or my clients but only if they can be assisted by Donnie Wilson, Jorge Mercado, Alberto Ahumada and Jackie. More

Initially walked in there with much apprehension and ambiguity. But, throughout the process all of my insecurities were reassured. There professionalism was outstanding and impressive. They each equally made me feel as an individual and not just a dollar bill. There are not enough adjectives to describe my experience but excellent, excellent, excellent. Let me start by saying that I have been in the Banking/Financial/Customer Service field for 37 years and my knowledge makes me a very difficult customer. Upon arrival I was greeted by Gemoi Ellias Banking/Financial/Customer Service field for 37 years and my knowledge makes me a very difficult customer. Upon arrival I was greeted by Gemoi Elliassaint. Gemoi became my sales rep. Gemoi was very professional and knowledgeable. After working with me on my deal for a 2013 Kia Sportage intervention by the Sales Manager, Jonathan Daniel, was needed. Jonathan was also very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and most of all patient. From this point on it was smooth sailing. A deal was made and I was referred to David Andrews who handles the financing paperwork and extended warranty. Again, no matter how difficult I was, David never lost his composure and worked with me until a mutual agreement was reached. I have purchased many vehicles over the years including, Corvettes, Lexus, Cadillacs, and Volkswagon. I would have to say that my experience at Kia, specifically by these 3 individuals was the most pleasurable of all. Kudos to the staff and keep up the great work. More
