Called prior to visiting stated our wants/needs. "Come down, we can def work with you" got there, wasted 4hrs. Not only was the vehicle we went to see not there, we were made promises and committmen "Come down, we can def work with you" got there, wasted 4hrs. Made it very clear we would not be working with a co-signer and wanted to use the trade as down payment. What we thought was clear was clearly not comprehended. After repeatidly telling him NO he continued to push us to call someone to co-sign. Tried to sell us a car that was double our budget, insisted he could work the deal and then once again told us we needed a co-signer, after telling him no once again he told me to call my father, who doesnt negotiate and worked in car sales for many years, then said call your mother. Once again told him no and he said WHY, and just as any person knows married couples do not make major decisions without discussing first. Once i told him this he then again said WHY so exactly as i would answer my five year old i said BECAUSE I SAID SO! The pressure was unreal, our meets were not at all met, and you will not SEE US IN A KIA! Which is very unfortunate, we really liked the optimas. This is the Worst experience we have ever had. More

We went in looking for the new kia optima and asked for somebody that spoke spanish and Jorge Mercado helped us out. He was very nice and not to pushy. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a friendly smile. I explained my situation and Jorge listened patiently. He stated he would do all he could to help me. From them on, he did just as he said. Between him and the sales manager, who's name I did not get, and David the finance manager, I was able to leave with a brand new beautiful Kia Forte. I absolutely believed that it would not be possible, but this team made it happen. They were continuously pleasant throughout the process from beginning to finish. I am very happy and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They really went all out to help me. I am grateful for them and their hard work and dedication. More

My entire experience was destroyed by their high pressure, guilt tripping, bulldozing, bait and switching tactics... Like an idiot I still bought a car. However, when I called Kia Consumer affairs pressure, guilt tripping, bulldozing, bait and switching tactics... Like an idiot I still bought a car. However, when I called Kia Consumer affairs to complain about my experience, I was told that another person was registered under my VIN number. So I pulled a vehicle history report and found out my NEW car had actually been titled twice before.. and with 250 miles on it at purchase I could believe it. I called consumer affairs back and they said that they had spoke with the manager and they are willing to do absolutely nothing to fix the situation. I have contacted the attorney general's office and found Kia to be in violation of Florida statute 501.976, which protects buyers against a dealership misrepresenting a vehicle as new when it is actually used. No one at Kia ever disclosed the vehicle being purchased before and now all I can do is file complaints with the FL state attorney, Better Business Bureau and the dmv. That is what I will do for now before following up with an attorney to represent me personally. I have already spoken to several who state I have a valid complaint against this company. I will never buy another Kia - I feel disgusted driving this one. Don't buy anything from these people - you're better off going with some random dealership on the side of the road. More
