Naha was a very nice sales consultant. As soon as I pulled up in my old car, he was the first person to come out and greet me. He made sure that I was taken care of. He greeted me, asked me how could he be of assistance, walked me in the dearlership, sat me down, and did everything possible to get me in my new 2014 Kia Soul at a low interest rate and affordable monthly payments. At first, all the numbers were very impossible to afford with my income, but he bended over backwards and worked very hard to make everything negotiatable and affordable for me, even if he had to take a lost. He also made a follow up call to me to ask how everything was going with my Kia and he asked how my family was doing. I also had an issue with connecting my iPod to the stereo and when I pulled up at the dealership, he was the first person RIGHT THERE on point to help me again! He took me to the correct department and made sure they took care of me and the issue right away. He was and still is a great person to work with. He was all positive talk. Never negative. Always smiling and cheering me on when I thought I couldn't afford a new car. He is very encouraging and I would DEFINATELY recommend him to anybody that want to buy a new car because I know he would like to "SEE YA IN A KIA!!!" I absolutely love him (Naha). I was on the fence between a Nissan and the KIA Soul. After email exchanges with Victor I had an appointment after I left the nearby Nissan dealer. I was ignored at the Nissan dealer and they attempted to have me consider a new vehicle with a leak in the interior. The internet sales representative I was communicating with did not come out to see us. We left after waiting 4 minutes and being lead around by a lot porter. Immediately upon beginning to walk the lot of the KIA dealer a friendly sales person approached and we asked to speak to Victor. The gentleman said “I am he” and immediately began to show us the model of Soul we were interested in. he explained the vehicle and showed us the features far beyond our expectations. We spoke numbers and color choice. Once those were agreed to we were handed over to the finance department. Victor continued to check on us and sat with us for casual conversation until Hicham was able to sit with us for the finance portion. Hicham was friendly and engaging both professionally concerning our purchase details and personally concerning us. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone considering a KIA purchase as they we did not feel pressure or discomfort during the process. Thank you gentlemen we are happy with the Soul and our daughter loves the hamster! More

Visited Saturday - we had a trade in with about 7k negative equity - Troy recommended an awesome vehicle that we thought we be impossible to get approved for - we took the car home saturday - returned negative equity - Troy recommended an awesome vehicle that we thought we be impossible to get approved for - we took the car home saturday - returned sunday for the fun part (Finances) - took a long time to be seen...they were busy - our turn came and Hicham was friendly and funny - we all know buying a car is not fun - takes time, and often feels one sided...we were at 507 and then that number wouldnt work....we were at a lease and then we couldnt get a lease cause we were too much debt to income - payment kept going up...then it was 679 - which included GAP - we were about to bolt, take back our trade in - we went back and forth,..got down to 650 with Gap...though we didn't want GAP, cause we didn't want to pay for it...we feel glad to have it...also glad we are not leasing..ended up purchasing with GAP and a final payment of 650 - we love the car...I am sure we could have paid less,..but it is what it is..the guys at the dealership were great to deal with. More
