David Andrew was also very professional, going over the loan information step by step . The atmosphere in the dealership can only be described as dynamic .The sense of team there is profoundly detectable when you observe the interaction of the Kia employees , they're smiling , energetic high energy folks . My husband and I were interested in 2 low priced used cars we saw advertised on Auto Trader. We were going to purchase these cars for charity, and then possibly trade our 2010 Nissan for a brand new car cars we saw advertised on Auto Trader. We were going to purchase these cars for charity, and then possibly trade our 2010 Nissan for a brand new car. I called to make sure both used cars were still there. I was on hold forever, but was told the cars were there. The gentleman on the phone told me to ask for Donnie Wilson when we got there. We left our house immediately, drove the 7 miles to the dealership. When we told Donnie why we were there, (we didn't mention buying a new car also) he left us sitting at a table forever. He finally came and told us that he no longer had the 95 Accord, but we could look look at something similar for about $1500 more than the Accord. I said no and asked if we could see the 92 Volvo. Again, waited forever. He told us that the Volvo was not there either. Seem fishy that in the 15 minutes it took us to get there that both cars were gone that fast. There seems to be a need for better knowledge of the inventory. Neither my husband or I appreciated being treated like 2nd class citizens when Donnie thought we were just there to buy a cheap car that he wouldn't make any money on. We will find someplace else to buy the new car that we want, and keep looking for affordable charity cars. We will never go back to Orlando Kia West. More
This being my first buying experience, I was pretty reluctant to walk into the dealership. I knew I wanted to speak to Donnie because he had been so helpful on Kia's website; I had plenty of questions reluctant to walk into the dealership. When we met up with Donnie, he had a very warm and welcoming personality, and we all got a long swimmingly. He made the process quick and painless and for that I am grateful- give this guy a raise! I went in to buy a car Monday I was greeted by a saleperson He showed us some cars and was overall a decent salesman. Once we picked out the car we wanted we sat down for the paperwork. Needless to say the sticker price on the car was not the actual price. Go figure.... Anyways we were told of some packag charge of $850 that was hidden to the right on a seperate sheet. I figured it wasnt a deal breaker so we continued on. Once I took care of things with (sales guy) I was introduced to the finance specialis to fill out the rest of the paperwork. To my surprise (sarcasm) I found other fees that were not discussed. When I went to ask about these fees I was treated like I was the one at fault and didnt know what I was talking about. I understand there are tag, tax, and tittle fees along with dealer fees but I also cought some other fees they snuck in there. When I told them I needed to do some research and get back with them the following day, thats when the true personalities came out. You know the pushy "were doing you a favor, you cant get these prices anywhere else etc.. They went from treating my family and I with courtesy and respect to wanted criminals. Gets better the sales manager walk to in office to see the owner all u hear the owner is saying xxxxing him I'm no way xxxxing doing this very load and clear the sales person was decent. I can not explain to you how horrible everybody else who works there is but again if the owner treat people like dogs I won't expect different from the employee . I would not wish that kind of treatment and harrassment upon anybody. More
