Buyer beware! this is one of those dealerships that gives all car dealers a bad name. I purchased a used vehicle, I specifically asked if I had an inspection peri this is one of those dealerships that gives all car dealers a bad name. I purchased a used vehicle, I specifically asked if I had an inspection period and was told if there were any major issues in the next few days they would take care of me. To my surprise, the vehicle started shaking on the drive home. I hadn't owned it for an hour and had $3,800 in repairs were required. When I was able to speak with them on the following Monday I was told too bad you negotiated the price to not include our extra fees so we can't do anything. More

I called for service on my Kia soul and thank God I was able to bring it in on the same day in about an hours time calling it was about 330. I was hoping I did not have to leave it overnight. I got it back able to bring it in on the same day in about an hours time calling it was about 330. I was hoping I did not have to leave it overnight. I got it back that night so I was very happy. I bought my car new at another KIA dealership I took my car in forvits first free oil change and was unhappy with the customer service. I decided to come to the KIA on West colonial instead. I don't get my car in forvits first free oil change and was unhappy with the customer service. I decided to come to the KIA on West colonial instead. I don't get my frr oil changes here but what I do get is Professional courtesy here. I had been taking my old car here since 2007 and never had a problem. Come to this KIA and ask for Tony.
