My car was on its last leg. I had been hearing about the deal Kia had going on. So I called the dealership to set up an appointment . I was introduce to Joshua once I entered the dealership. He asked me wh deal Kia had going on. So I called the dealership to set up an appointment . I was introduce to Joshua once I entered the dealership. He asked me what he can do for me . I told him that I only had a trade in and what was my possilitity that I can get a new car. He was hesitate at first because he stated that his manager needed to see the car in order to give me a quote of what the can offer me for a trade in. I then let him know that the car was inoperarable and that I would see if I could get it there. At that point I was discourage and begin to walk away very doubtful. Before I could get out of the parking in motion me to come back in. He said he wasn't aware that I didn't need the car at that moment. We walked the lot to look at different cars. At first at was set to get a Kia Soul. But as we looked at the different cars I ended up with a Kia Rio in which I fell in love with. Joshua did a good job in making it possible to get the car. Once I got to the finance officer which was David. He give me even better news my payments was $100.00 less than what was stated. Good Job Guys! More

I applied online for financing. Asli contacted me stating that she could get me a sportage, specifically within my specific budget restraints. i asked several times to be sure before i drove more t stating that she could get me a sportage, specifically within my specific budget restraints. i asked several times to be sure before i drove more than an hour to the dealorship. she insisted that she could do it. Well, after driving more than an hour, she passed me off to another assoiciate "Victor". He was great, but within 5 minutes, knew i could not get what was promised. He tried to work something else, but to no avail. I am VERY dissapointed in the fact that i felt lied to just to get me in the building. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, specifically because of the bad taste from her. More
