The Greatest Service I have ever received!!!! A few days ago I emailed Asli Bayazit about financing a car. She told me to stop by and she will put me into a vehicle. I hesitated for 2 days becau A few days ago I emailed Asli Bayazit about financing a car. She told me to stop by and she will put me into a vehicle. I hesitated for 2 days because of previous denial from other dealerships. Today (Friday, 6/6/14), I had some down time while working and decided to check out KIA, which is what I've always wanted. The Green Soul. I figured I might be able to get a used trade in, which would have been OK. She asked what I wanted and I said a brand KIA Soul. Never thinking it was possible. We went and looked at the one I really wanted and never thought it would be mine. I produced the necessary paperwork and mentioned that I would need 100% financing. Tax, tag and title included. I am working 3 jobs and have a car with no a/c and have been dieing everyday from the heat. Within an hour, the great, talented team at KIA made my dreams come true! I got approved! My heart was racing and my stomach was in a knot from excitement. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think at this point, that I would have my new car. Thank you everyone who helped and everyone at KIA for being so polite and professional. I will recommend this location to everyone I know, and once they see my new KIA Soul, they will want one too! Once she and I met she took my information and ensured me that she would take care of getting me the suv that i wanted. we walked around and took a look at the suv that my wife seen online it was gray I took Asli that i would get that one for my wife but i als told Asli that my wife really wanted a black one. my wife really wanted a black suv but my wife was willing to settle for the gray one. So , i told my wife I was looking at the gray and decided i I would get it. As I was waiting for Asli in the showroom to go over the price and the information she said to me that I found a black one for your wife and I mentionted to her that my wife would be so happy and Asli seemed to be as excited about surprisng my wife as I was about the black Kia Sorento, which was the exact black suv my wife wanted very badly. To conclude Asli , is very incredible sales person who should be highly reconized for the kind of person she is , and as an awesome sales person who know how to make a customer feel welcome and pleased from start to fisnish. Outstanding Customer Service! Great customer service goes a long way with me. I visited this location on Saturday, May 17, 2014. Although it was busy Mark took the time to explain to me all the possible reasons my car may not start up every time. He was confident that it may be the battery. Of course he was correct and quoted me the price of a battery. I was not ready to make the purchase at this time and I appreciated the fact that Mark respected my decision to wait and not pressure me to buy a battery that day. Once I declined to purchase the battery his customer service skills did not stop. He gave me the paper work and informed me that whenever I was ready I could come back. When I left there I called around and visited other companies that sold batteries. I must say that no one that I encountered can touch the customer service that I received from Mark. Many of the competitors batteries were at a lower cost HOWEVER, I will pay for good customer service any day. Keep up the good work Mark and Kia will continue to have loyal customers! More

NO COMMUNICATION! I have already left a previous review, because at the time.... we were beyond happy with our purchase! Every one at the dealership was very kind I have already left a previous review, because at the time.... we were beyond happy with our purchase! Every one at the dealership was very kind and helpful (as I guess all people would be when a customer is spending as much money as we were). All remained good until 2 days after we drove our 2 new vehicles off the lot. Nothing but thank you's and congratulations as we left as we were told all the paperwork was complete and we will receive a call about my husbands key less entry (which was also promised). Apparently everything was not "fine" with our paper work. We started getting phone calls about bank statements, title work, and registration. We live an hour away from the dealership so it is not as if we can just run up to Kia West whenever they realized they were wrong the paperwork. The bank statements provided that day were all of a sudden not good enough. The title was not ready to go as we were told when signing our paper work. I was told that I had to run around doing their registration work that also wasn't up to par. I then received a nasty phone call from the finance manager the day after I was told about my title and registration issues. I was ordered to bring back the new vehicles because we were not cooperating. He was told that we were not answering or returning phone calls, and refuse to bring in more paperwork that they didn't need the day we drove 2 new vehicles off the lot. I understand that he was not properly informed, and after a heated conversation we both realized the problem. My husband and myself had had contact with our sales person at least ONCE sometimes twice everyday via e-mail, text or phone, but this was never conveyed to the finance manager. He was told we hadn't had contact for 10 days!!! It is ridiculous that I was getting such nasty phone calls at 8:30 in the evening because someone was not telling the truth. They are all friendly to your face, but very unorganized. I am LIVID that i am receiving threatening phone calls because someone is not doing their job and communicating with other employees. We still have not had any communication about the key less entry promised. We LOVE our vehicles. The price is well worth the amazing product, but if you want all smiles but headaches later, then by all means purchase from this dealership. We will not be back will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
