I completed my application online and received a call right away from Sales Rep Patricia Miller. She was really nice over the phone. She scheduled me an appointment catered to my convenience. I had no idea what I wanted...I just know that I kept seeing the TV commercial "We want to see you in a Kia". Ms. Patricia Miller took the time to ask me what was I looking for...I really didn't know. She invited me to look around and she the 1st vehicle she showed me was the Kia Soul...I was in love with it after the test drive. This car is me...same color (black) as my Navigator...I feel like I am in a smaller version. I look soo good driving it and it feels good driving it. Ms. Patricia Miller told me all about the Kia Soul (she is very informative). Everything went beyond my expectations - my visit was awesome. After all my paperwork was done Ms Patricia Miller even showed me how to link my phone to my car (I'm old school). I didn't just gain a helpful, informative, professional Sales Rep....I gained a new family at the Kia Dealership on West Colonial. Ms. Patricia is great - the entire staff is courtesy & professional. She told me the car was still available and wanted to know if I wanted to come see it. I was working and sent my boyfriend to test drive it and see how it was.
