Upon my arrival at Greenway West, I was greeted with a smile. Elizabeth Frye was my service manager, who also greeted me with a smile. left my car for oil change early on Friday, they tell me if they got the part for the recall they will change it and will be done by 2pm. take uber to my home and the representative Marty never contact me w if they got the part for the recall they will change it and will be done by 2pm. take uber to my home and the representative Marty never contact me when they done job, I try texting to the number provided and nobody answer also call and nothing, I spend the weekend paying for Uber and friend to pick me up to do my stuff. I got the car back on Monday morning because I went to the dealer and ask for my car, I was calling all weekend but they never respond back to my call, also charging $100 for the service, what service? last time with Greenway.
