Just bad. My visit to Orlando Kia West was by far the worst visit to a car dealership I have ever experienced. My salesman, Gemoi Elliassaint, seem uninterested My visit to Orlando Kia West was by far the worst visit to a car dealership I have ever experienced. My salesman, Gemoi Elliassaint, seem uninterested from the moment he looked at me. I was greeted cheerfully by a man at the desk then handed over to Mr.Elliassaint. He did not shake my hand, he did not offer any conversation, he bluntly asked what am I there for. I spoke regularly making no notice of his rude manner. When we walked through the lot I had showed him two cars that I had seen and liked, he moved quickly and wrote down the numbers by little to no attention to me as I explained to him what I was looking for in hopes he could offer another solution. He did not. He simply asked if I had a car to trade in. I did, so we, once again, scurried over to my car. He asked for my key and started noting information, when he opened the door of my car he almost pushed me out of the way. He shut the door and began speeding back inside the building. At least, he opened the door for me. When we sat at the computer he began asking for information with a sour and stern look, not once did a smile cross his face. Then he called over another employee to complain about a malfunction and seemed to be upset another employee's name was listed in my customer profile (perhaps he wanted credit for his terrible actions). Anyways, there were even more details I specifically recall, for example: how he looked at me when he spoke in his monotone voice, and how he kept his mouth opened and looked away from time to time, as if I were boring him when I spoke, but I feel I have gotten my point across. He presented me with one offer that would not be possible for me then proceeded to tell me that unless I had someone else buy the car in their name I could not get the vehicle I wanted. I took his card in order to remember his name. Overall, this was a terrible and repulsive experience. I have often heard of car salesmen to be pushy, or over the top, but Mr.Elliassaint was worse. He was uninterested, in a hurry, rude, uncharismatic, unfriendly, and just bad. More
