After 2 hrs of waiting on my vehicle for a recall APPOINTMENT.. and taking time off work to do so …they did NOT have the bracket IN STOCK nor did I even get my car complementarily WASHED as they Alw APPOINTMENT.. and taking time off work to do so …they did NOT have the bracket IN STOCK nor did I even get my car complementarily WASHED as they Always DO. Now I have to Come back AGAIN or a “bracket” to be placed under my seat . It has been working FINE for 4 years now but I comply to manufacturer recalls for my warranty .I ASK WHY does the dealership not carry the part necessary for recalls is they are making appts to install them and wasting MY TIME !!!!! More

I am honestly disgusted by your customer service. I was sold a car last year that was an unreasonable amount of money. I shared that it was not affordable for me a teacher, and I was promised that wi I was sold a car last year that was an unreasonable amount of money. I shared that it was not affordable for me a teacher, and I was promised that within a few months I would be able to get into another vehicle at a lower price. Every time you all email me and say we would like to purchase your vehicle you all quote me an email for ridiculous and outrageous amount that I’m not able to afford. I will never ever again purchase another Kia vehicle from you all. More
