The facility is very unorganized and needs better communication to the customer and team. This would be my 3rd time going to get the same recall done. They tell me they “ordered the part/have it in t communication to the customer and team. This would be my 3rd time going to get the same recall done. They tell me they “ordered the part/have it in there facility”, to then tell me after messaging me my car is“ ready for pick up” that they never fixed the problem because “they don’t have the part in stock”. Thats just unacceptable, especially since it’s the third time with the same recall piece. This last time I took a uber back home and another uber to pick up my car just to be told the piece is not in after receiving a call that my car was ready for pick up, that’s just ridiculous. This KIA location has wasted my time now on numerous occasions and sadly, I do not want to come back this facility….and I know no one over there cares or who ever is reading this review, i know you don’t care and that’s cool but for your own sake as a person, do better! The piece is called “HECU Fuse”. More
