The guy who was in charge of my repair said that it would only take an hour and a half. I said that was fine but if it took longer than that I’d need to get an Uber home so I wouldn’t miss a conference call only take an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half and I had no updates from him so I texted the phone number they had instructed me to contact if I had any questions or needed help. I asked him how much longer it was going to take. it took him almost 20 minutes to reply and he informed me that he was gonna go check on the car and see. After 30 minutes of no update, I sent another text message asking what the status was and reminding him I needed to get home asap. It took him another 15 minutes to reply and he said that he was trying to find the keys or something like that…then I didn’t hear from him for another 10 minutes. I finally went up to the service desk and the manager asked me if he could help me… I said I was waiting on my service rep and he said, oh yeah he should be out here soon. But then I waited for another 10 minutes. Needless to say, I missed my conference call, which is totally unacceptable because I could have left much earlier and made it back in time if my service representative had just had the common courtesy of letting me know!!! I was so angry at him. Then to make matters even worse, when he finally came out, he waved me over to follow him as he walked to my car without directly saying anything to me… I followed him, and when we got to my car, he handed me my keys and said something along the lines of “uh Sorry that it took longer…“ That was literally all he said to me and then handed me the keys and walked away. It was so clear that he didn’t care whatsoever and made no acknowledgment of his terrible communication and ghosting my repeated text messages. This is the first Kia I’ve ever owned…previously I owned all Lexus and I have never had a bad experience at their service center and I feel like every time I come to this service center, there’s some weird issue with the customer service. in this case, it was something that could’ve easily been avoided if my service representative had given even two craps about my time!!! Im not unreasonable, I told him upfront that I had time restriction and that it was totallyyyyy OK if they needed more time for the repair, I just needed to know so I could get a ride home if need be. But he was basically absent when I needed him and extremelyyyyyy slow to reply to me when I asked for updates (via the method HE instructed me to use!!!!!) That exceptionally disrespectful of my time. More
I had the car serviced at Greenway Kia West. I had an oil change and two filter filters. It took them two hours and 20 minutes, wasn’t expecting a wait so long. If I had known, I would’ve had gotten a ride back to work. Then when I got the car, The tires were full of mud wheel wells were full of mud, the threshold and the floor mat. This is unacceptable. Experienced a very unfavorable ordeal, in which I don't hold the Dealership as a whole of circumstances they are not aware of and we sincerely hope that a solvable conclusion may be attained.My first prob hold the Dealership as a whole of circumstances they are not aware of and we sincerely hope that a solvable conclusion may be attained.My first problem is after a price quote of 36999 how did the price jump to $40,000 and the MSRP sticker was removed from this Brand new vehicle and was never produced after I requested plus I did not have my copy of the sales contract in which Anas Lazaar pointed to a envelope on his desk and said the paper work was in the envelope and after outside I realized that the envelope was void of the sales contract and the Compuer was malfunctioning and was not printing because I stated aibout all the add ons that need to be reviewed previously but it was told to me that I could pick up my papers the following day and they weren't ready so I called The Finance institution and they mailed me copies of both the contract and the service agreements and in all my endeavors to meet with Mr. Lazaar to cancel the numerous addons I have been met with hostile resistance and excuses of being with other customers,and I don't need the delay tactics to circumvent the the legally simple conclusion that is mandated by the matter of fundamental fairness by law More

We brought our Sorento in for a Head Gasket Warranty repair. It took several weeks to get a diagnosis. We called so many times to get updates with no response we had to drive to the dealership to get an repair. It took several weeks to get a diagnosis. After 2 months it was finally repaired and we were slapped with a $750 bill saying we had to pay for some repair kit…which we were never told about nor agreed to. The extended warranty paperwork states the entire repair would be free. The car went in fully detailed about with a nearly full tank of gas and was returned to us filthy inside and out and less than 1/4 tank. Absolutely awful service! More
The worst service ever, they promise pure lies, they make you give money to change your vehicle for a different one and just waste your time. When I bought my car there in 2024 it was a completely issue, I thought it could be different this time and they will make the difference, but it was worst, that made me waste my time giving a car without now if it could be approved for the financial bank, requesting an extra down payment of 1000 more and my car. They made me waste two whole days, I paid 100 for an oil change waiting for 3 hours to get my car back, car wasn’t washed, they took me back my car without carpets. This Kia completely sucks, with those experience who will recommend this place. More
