Absolutely worst routine maintenance service I’ve ever experienced at any KIA Dealership! Totally inept, inferior and thoroughly unprofessional customer service! Endurance Extended Car Warranty Supreme Ad experienced at any KIA Dealership! Totally inept, inferior and thoroughly unprofessional customer service! Endurance Extended Car Warranty Supreme Advantage Coverage not even considered or honored until after the fact. Meaning? Customer Service Agent didn’t attempt to call my Endurance Extended Car Warranty Company to coordinate identified repairs needed until I told him a second time they were covered. He just “assumed” they were not covered based on his personal past experiences with Extended Car Warranty Companies. Although he finally hesitantly called the Company, got a voicemail that they were closed due to an internal holiday, still out of no sense of urgency or concern for the customer, accepted this at face value. I called the Company, left a voicemail, and Endurance Extended Car Warranty returned my call within 10-minutes. I explained the situation and the repairs needed, to which the Agent informed me that these repairs are covered under my purchased Supreme Advantage Plan. Although the KIA Dealership should have coordinated these repairs beforehand, I can submit a claim for the $584.55. Although my credit card was charged, as a Constitutional Law Attorney, I refused to sign the final paperwork after the Customer Service Agent refuse to honor my request to speak with the Service Manager, Supervisor or Dealership Leadership Representative. Bottomline: I will never ever set foot back on the premises of Greenway KIA West Palm Beach for routine vehicle maintenance of my vehicle! More
I would like to start by saying, I am not the only who has had issues with this dealership! If I could I would give them a 0 star rating. I had a couple recall notices mailed to me for my car (2012 Kia Op has had issues with this dealership! If I could I would give them a 0 star rating. I had a couple recall notices mailed to me for my car (2012 Kia Optima Hybrid). On July 27th 2021, I was having issues with the way it was running (hesitating when pressing the gas from a stop or in reverse) plus it was almost time for an oil change and a tire rotation. I took my car into this dealership to have the work done on it that day. They told me it was the transmission, it would be awhile since they didn't have the part in stock. A month later of not hearing anything I called to find out what was going on, just to find out there is no update for me at all. No part availability, no date for when the work would be done, nothing! The very next day they called me to tell me that my car is ready for pickup. I went to get my car only to find out there was a HUGE scratch and white scuff mark on my trunk plus the car was so dirty and had bird poop on it like it had been sitting under a tree this whole time. They fixed the scratch and scuff mark about a week total for that. I came into to get the car and to talk with the service manager Brett Gorman, just for him to act like he completely had no idea and never heard anything about this issue even though I had already called the Kia corporation to file a complaint with a case number. I took my car home but low and behold on my way home there was a grinding noise and feel on my front left brake as well as the check engine and maintenance light came on. I called Brett and they took it right back to them. They fixed it saying the caliper was sticking so they sprayed it to stop the sticking. That same day I took my car home and felt really weird and off about this whole situation, so I decided to check my dashcam. Upon looking at that, the same day of dropping my car of (July 27th 2021) their MVP (Max Mcbride) one of their "most certified techs" as the manager Brett said before, took my car around the block and crashed it into another car and never told me about it!! The manger Brett and Max were both in the video laughing, talking, and just seem to be having a good ole time, but again Brett had no idea of anything happening right? More

They replaced my engine My engine seized in my 2014 kia soul and was 500 miles out of warranty. Kia ended up paying 2/3 of the repairs and the dealership ate up a portion of the repairs as well. When all said and done I ended up with a brand-new engine for around 2300 I am very grateful there is no way I could afford to pay all the cost involved. They have a new customer for life the dealership that I purchased the car was not willing to help me thankfully they did. More
*Warning not to drive 2017 Forte* THE 2017 KIA FORTES ARE SHUTTING OFF WHILE DRIVING. MY DAUGHTER ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT WITH THE CAR. IT SHUTS OFF REGULARLY WHILE DRIVING. THES THE 2017 KIA FORTES ARE SHUTTING OFF WHILE DRIVING. MY DAUGHTER ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT WITH THE CAR. IT SHUTS OFF REGULARLY WHILE DRIVING. THESE KIAS ARE DANGEROUS AND KIA WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY IN WHICH WE ARE ENTITLED. WHEN WE BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR DIAGNOSTICS, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SIMPLY STATED THEY COULDN’T FIND THE PROBLEM SO THEY JUST DIDN’T FIX THE CAR. THE SERVICE ADVISOR (HUNTER) ADMITTED THAT OTHER KIA FORTE OWNERS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ISSUE. KIA IS OBVIOUSLY INEPT AT DIAGNOSING THEIR OWN CAR’S DEFECTS, THEY SIMPLY SAID THAT THEY AREN’T FIXING ANYTHING. ***APPARENTLY PUTTING MY DAUGHTER’S LIFE IN DANGER IS ACCEPTABLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. KIA OF WEST PALM BEACH KEPT OUR CAR FOR 5 DAYS. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO FURTHER TESTING. THIS WAS A LIE. WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE AGENT, HUNTER, ABOUT THE CAR, HE ADMITTED THAT HE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW THE CAR WAS IN THE SHOP. OUR CAR WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 5 DAYS WE WERE LIED TO OVER AND OVER BY KIA OF WEST PALM BEACH RIGHT NOW IM MAKING PAYMENTS ON AN UNDRIVEABLE CAR I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A KIA FROM WEST PALM BEACH NOT TO DO SO ***THE CAR WE GOT IN DANGEROUS. I WILL NOT LET MY DAUGHTER DRIVE IT. Instead, I’m pleasantly surprised to not have the same nightmares at West Palm Beach Kia! My advisor was Anthony Ruiz who was very nice and kept me updated every step of the way!! Greeted me with a smile & I left with a smile! While waiting, multiple sales persons greeted me and offered me water and coffee. Thanks Anthony/WPB Kia for making my day and service experience such a great one!!!! More

Service Dept. - Use at your own risk Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. The last three times we have brought our sorrento to this location it has be Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. The last three times we have brought our sorrento to this location it has been a nightmare. The first two times were such a catastrophe that the service manager comp'd all fees free of charge. The last time the customer service representative Johnny Jamarillo was completely unprofessional and actually cussed at me and my fiancé and provided wrong and false information which was realized after speaking with the tech who worked on the vehicle. The situation was resolved by the on duty service dept. manager. We then got in touch with who we were told was the Fixed Operations Manager - Mark Elison and gave him the rundown and how his employee cussed and handled our situation. Mark let us know he had just cleaned house in the service department and would have to be letting one more employee go and to let him know when we needed our next service and that he would take care of it. So today we contacted Mark to set up our next service. He set up our service and when we got our confirmation email guess who was assigned to be our service adviser Johnny Jamarilo. So Mark did not reprimand Johnny for cussing, being unprofessional to customers, and providing wrong and false information then assigned him to our service appointment anyway. This is the biggest lack of customer service I have ever experienced, it is apparent that the lack of quality at the location was not caused by just one bad apple and is rotten at the core. Update: Mark apologized for assigning Johnny to be our service adviser and then informed us he had made the correction. We then received an email confirmation in which our name was wrong and also our appointment time had changed. We informed Mark of his mistake he called and tried to apologize but it was too little to late so we decided that the lack of competency was not with one lower level associate but also with the leadership. Mark once told us he was there to "fix" the issue with this location but apparently he is not the solution and only adds to the lack of quality and care that West Palm beach Kia service department provides. We decided to bring our Sorrento to Greico Kia in delray and they have been much more responsive and attentive to our vehicle. Upon their inspection they found that the front brakes were extremely worn and were shocked that WPB KIA did not mention that they needed replaced the last time we where there (2 weeks ago). The service provider at Greico also mentioned that this is not the first time that have had cars in their shop with issues from WPB kia. Use WPB KIA's service dept at your own risk. More
