I had a 9AM appointment. I was promised an hour long service. But it took longer than what they said. I left at 12PM, an 3 hour long service. I waited for three weeks for transmission part(s) to arrive at which time I decided not to go forward with the repair. I had a 1 PM appointment for service. I arrived 2 minutes early and was 2nd in line. There were tons of employees hanging around and moving around but after waiting 20 minutes there were I arrived 2 minutes early and was 2nd in line. There were tons of employees hanging around and moving around but after waiting 20 minutes there were at least 5 vehicles also waiting behind me to see a service person and there was nobody available to write up a service ticket. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a new car dealership. After waiting 20 minutes I concluded that not only did they overbook themselves, but they obviously had no capacity to handle the vehicles they booked. Just like most of us, I had work obligations and was not about to waste my day with this inconsiderate bunch and I left. Next time I will book service with another dealer. More
