I have been a customer of West Palm Beach KIA. . now GREENWAY.. since 2007!! And I keep coming back because the cars by Kia are fantastic… and their service dept is truly THE BEST… and they are all . now GREENWAY.. since 2007!! SALVATORE, my service advisor jumps loops to make certain that my car looks good too!! Always a car wash after service!!if you are not in a Kia… YOU HAVE NO IDEA … what driving is all about!! Jerome was great, he went over everything regarding the car including the history of services to see what hasn't been done yet. He nearly paid for a Lyft for me to go anywhere I wanted but I stopped that car including the history of services to see what hasn't been done yet. He nearly paid for a Lyft for me to go anywhere I wanted but I stopped that as I felt it would be easier to wait at the dealer but the gesture was still telling about they take care of customers. Highly recommend Jerome in the future. More

I took my car in for a recall. Part was not available and I have to return. I waited for 2 hours in a very comfortable customer waiting area. Warranty repair was done. I was told by advisor Salvador that it would be ready by 1 PM on Saturday. Nobody called me. I called there at 230 and was told that it was ready. I was told by advisor Salvador that it would be ready by 1 PM on Saturday. Nobody called me. I called there at 230 and was told that it was ready. God knows when they would have called me. Salvador was not there that day, I don’t blame him, but it was somebody’s responsibility to call me when the mechanic handed the paperwork in. When I asked when the car was done, they told me they didn’t know. Yeah, right. More
