SCAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I went in on a Saturday to trade in my vehicle that was valued at $6,000 for a Seltos that was listed online for $26,885. However after running my cr I went in on a Saturday to trade in my vehicle that was valued at $6,000 for a Seltos that was listed online for $26,885. However after running my credit they returned with the breakdown pricing the car at $33,085 for the base model which essentially voided my trade in. After they tried to haggle with me for four hours I decided to leave. Three days later I received a call trying to offer me a used 2022 Seltos and that they would send me information with the new breakdown in which I never received. Two days after that call I yet again received another call and I informed them that I had another vehicle that I could also trade in expecting $6,000 for that vehicle as advertised online below the used Seltos. After four calls back and forth, even an attempt to waste more of my time by having me go back into the dealership I asked to speak to the GM which was "unavailable" and I ended up on the line with their very rude sales manager. She didn't let me get a sentence out, speaking over me as I was explaining the terms posted to their site and ultimately hung up on me when I asked to let me finish explaining. As a loyal Kia customer since 2014 I have never had such HORRIBLE customer service. You're better off going to the Hgreg next door to get a car that is properly priced without any haggling. More

Jerome was great, he went over everything regarding the car including the history of services to see what hasn't been done yet. He nearly paid for a Lyft for me to go anywhere I wanted but I stopped that car including the history of services to see what hasn't been done yet.
